Wonderful place to stay in Murren for an affordable price. Basic and clean.
Pros:

Very centrally located. Staff was great and breakfast and dinner were good.

Cons:

Noise from the people above us but all quiet by 10pm so no problem.

Excellent value for the location and convenience.
Pros:

Excellent location. Beautiful views of the Alpine mountains. Good breakfast. Views from every corner. Lovely reading room. 3 min walk to the cable car station. Coop grocery store just a minute away. Microwave, refrigerator and kettle in common area. Allowed us to store our luggage for half a day after checkout. Friendly staff.

Cons:

No lifts /elevators- this seems to bethe norml in a lot of hotels in Murren. We had only a backpack so wasn't an issue for us.
