The guy at the reception- very friendly.

They gave me a room for 4 for my one I paid for cause I asked for the quietest room possible.
Location- very close to everything and you can stroll in Mürren without thinking you must get back.

The shower is in a position you get stuck into when you go to the bathroom at night and you don't see

Amazing location and great views. The young man that’s running the front desk is amazing, he has some of the best customer service I’ve ever received!
Nice location. The staff member was very helpful. We were there for three days and he always was doing his best to help us.
The room was kind of small and dark because of the small window with a long overhang. By unfortunate timing there was a huge school group in the hotel call four days we were there, which saw kids running up and down the hallways yelling during daylight hours.. However, blessedly they were always quiet after 9:30 at night so really not too big a problem, but kind of unusual hotel situation.
The views were phenomenal. This may be the best value for a stay in Murren. We loved the clean space, the breakfast, and the friendly staff. Would stay here again!

View out the back is unbelievable. Easy access to big hikes. Breakfast had good options. The room was very small, but perfectly adequate for a pair of hikers. Like a dorm room, only smaller! It did have a really nice shared balcony.
The men's shower was clean but the shower curtain was a little funky. Not a big deal, really. Bring your own soap.

the young man at the front desk was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly - he immediately made us feel at home.
Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a kitchenette that we really enjoyed using, and the renovated bathroom was a lovely touch.
The breakfast was very nice, especially before our days of hiking, and the location was perfect for exploring Mürren and enjoying the incredible hiking experiences all around the area.
One of our favorite moments was enjoying our own planned morning yoga class on the soft grass behind the tennis courts, surrounded by the breathtaking Swiss Alps. It was such a peaceful, exciting, and unforgettable experience!
A truly warm and memorable stay. We highly recommend Sports Chalet and would love to come back!
