Vlad est très serviable, avenant et accomodant, belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes, très chaleureux, équipement suffisant, très calme. Il m'a offert le parking pour ma voiture ce qui est rare en suisse.
Attention par contre, la route pour y aller est une route de montagne, ca fait partie du charme, donc juste être conscient que pour y aller la nuit, il faut faire très attention.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.

On our very first night, we found flying insects inside the room. One of them was quite large, almost resembling a small bat. It suddenly flew directly toward my young daughter, which frightened her badly. As a result, I felt it was unsafe to stay and had no choice but to check out on the very first day, even though my reservation was for 4 nights.

In addition, the furniture is extremely old and worn out, and the lighting throughout the room is very poor, making the room dark and uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, booking contacted the host and to request me a refund for the remaining unused nights. Unfortunately, the host has completely ignored booking customer care messages and has not responded at all.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this property, especially for families traveling with children.

في أول ليلة من إقامتي، فوجئنا بوجود حشرات طائرة داخل الغرفة، وكان من بينها حشرة كبيرة نوعًا ما تشبه الوطواط لكنها أصغر حجمًا. والأسوأ أنها طارت مباشرة في وجه طفلتي، مما أصابها بالخوف الشديد، واضطرني إلى تسجيل الخروج من الفندق في اليوم الأول، رغم أن حجزي كان لمدة 4 ليالٍ.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن الأثاث قديم جدًا ومتهالك، والإضاءة داخل الغرفة ضعيفة للغاية، مما يجعل المكان مظلمًا وغير مريح.

ولزيادة سوء التجربة، تواصل كو بوكينق مع المستضيف عبر لطلب استرداد قيمة الليالي المتبقية التي لم أقم بها، إلا أنه تم تجاهل الرسائل تمامًا ولم يرد عليها حتى الآن.

الموقع مرتفع وهدوء والطاقم جميل ومتعاون

Cons:

- لايوجد عزل في الغرفه تسمع حتى خطوات اللي يستخدم الدرج
- الحمام جداً جداً جداً صغير وبدون تهويه
- الأسره غير مريحه
- الستائر غير عازله للضوء
- المواقف غير متوفره (متوفر بمبلغ)

Great spot! Parking's a bit of a walk (300m), but you can park closer at night. Vlad, the host, was super friendly and even helped with our bags. Plus, the mountain views are amazing!

Cons:

The light in the toilet didn't work, but that was just a one-off. The price is high, but hey, it's Switzerland, so what can you do?😊
