Please note:

- In winter, Alpinhotel Bort is only reachable by cable car. The last cable car leaves at 15:45. Public parking is available in the valley, and charges may apply.

- In summer, Alpinhotel Bort can be accessed by car, preferably with a four-wheel drive, via a narrow mountain road.

- Pets are allowed only in the rooms.

- WiFi is available free of charge for one device per room.

-Private parking is available on site (the parking fee is CHF 10 per car/night).

Perfect views and modern rooms.
Pros:

Gorgeous views and free parking. Even free charging for electric vehicles.

Cons:

Very minor criticism: Breakfast starts at 8 am which is a touch late if long hikes are planned for the day.

Loved the hotel - the views alone are worth it
Pros:

Loved the location, the views and the staff. The rooms were a good size and well furnished. Spotless hotel and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast was good and the evening meals were delicious

Cons:

No tea or coffee facilities in the room, so a coffee outside of breakfast time was £6 every time

Las mejores vistas de Grindelwall
Pros:

Las vistas son expectaculares y tuvimos la suerte de encontrar alli trabajando a Montse que nos atendio en Español y nos trató super bien

Cons:

Los ultimos 3 kms para llegar al hotel en coche son por un camino un poco dificil, la alternativa es dejar el coche en Grindewall, pagando parking y subir en el teleferico que va a first y pagar tambien.
