Please note:

- In winter, Alpinhotel Bort is only reachable by cable car. The last cable car leaves at 15:45. Public parking is available in the valley, and charges may apply.

- In summer, Alpinhotel Bort can be accessed by car, preferably with a four-wheel drive, via a narrow mountain road.

- Pets are allowed only in the rooms.

- WiFi is available free of charge for one device per room.

-Private parking is available on site (the parking fee is CHF 10 per car/night).

Életünk egyik legszebb táját látogathattuk meg, csak ajánlani tudom
Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, gyönyörű kilátás és magas minőségű szolgáltatás. Túraútvonal kifelé a First kilátóhoz mindenképp ajánlatos kimenni. Van magyar személyzet ami tovább növeli a színvonalat, könnyíti a kommunikációt.

Cons:

Aki nincs a hegymenethez hozzászokva autóval, annak nehézkes lehet a kijutás, rendesen mászni kell kifelé. Viszont a látvány mindenért kárpótolja az embert! :)

Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Sobald die Gondelbahn geschlossen hat, wird es am Bort sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber man hat gemerkt, dass sie nicht vom Fach sind. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde oft nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Man sollte mit der Gondelbahn einen Deal aushandeln, damit die Hotelgäste einen günstigeren Tarif oder sogar gratis fahren können.

Unbedingt mal machen

Es ist einfach toll. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend auf die Eiger Nordwand und Nebenberge. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen !
Um sich die Autoauffahrt zu sparen, mit kleinem Gepäck und Go del rauf und mit den Tretrollern runter. Wir waren mit dem Auto oben, da wir einen Roadtrip mit umfangreich Gepäck gemacht haben.

Pros:

Lage mit toller Aussicht bei Mittelstation zu First. Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen im Lokal. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

WC Türe kaputt, konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Extrem laute Lüftung. Schlechter WLAN Empfang im Familienzimmer. Unglaublich viele lästige Fliegen im Zimmer und keine Fliegengitter. Bleibt uns als das Fliegenhotel in Erinnerung.
Ausstattung könnte besser sein.

Lieu, vue et excellente cuisine

Cons:

Beaucoup de mouches sur la terrasse. Des « ventilateurs » de tables (vus sur d’autres terrasses) pourraient être une idée.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft an sich ist echt wunderschön und sehr schön gelegen. Direkt aufgefallen sind uns jedoch die Insekten und die Fliegen. Es kann nicht sein, dass man sein Abendessen nicht essen kann aufgrund der vielen Fliegen. Als ich dies ansprach wurde uns gesagt wir könnten uns draußen hinsetzen, was wir letztendlich auch gemacht haben auch wenns zu kalt war aber das kann ja keine Lösung für dieses Problem sein. Die Dame am Emfangsthresen war echt mega lieb, die informationen die sie uns bezüglich des Abendessens hab stimmte jedoch nicht. Uns wurde gesagt das man bis von 17-20 Uhr essen könne, als wir um 17:30-18:00 ankamen hieß es die Küche ist geschlossen und ob wir in einer halben Stunde wiederkommen können. Uns wurden dann Kaffee und Croissant angeboten um die Zeit zu überbrücken aber warum werden die Gäste falsch informiert? Das Frühstück lief auch nicht reibungslos ab. Uns wurde gesagt dass es bis 10 Uhr frühstück gibt, als wir um 09:05 kamen war fast alles weg. Es gab 3-4 Tomaten und Gurken scheiben, etwas Käse, die säfte waren nicht aufgefüllt zudem war dann auch noch die Kaffemaschine kaputt. Wir wollten draußen essen, und mussten uns unseren Tisch selbst decken. Kein Personal in Sichtweise. Erst nach 10-15 minuten hat man jemanden gefunden. Als weiteren negativen Punkt muss ich die Matrazen erwähnen, die wirklich steinhart und nicht von guter Qualität waren. Wir konnten die 3 Nächte in denen wir dort waren überhaupt nicht gut schlafen. Zudem mussten wir uns vor dem Schlafen gehen 1-2 Stunden Zeit nehmen um die 5-10 Fliegen die sich im Zimmer befanden zu beseitigen, was nicht sein kann dafür muss das Personal wirklich eine andere Lösung finden.


Großen und ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen, weil wir so fasziniert von der Natur waren. Aber im Nachhinein war das echt kein guter Service, auch wenn das Personal nett war. Die Abläufe sind nicht gut geregelt.

Great location and food
Pros:

The View and room were lovely. Breakfast isnt served until 8am so we missed that on the first day - requiring an early hiking start. Staff are lovely. The bed was made with a split bed sheet and left a note stating as such, only to be told the cow placed for changing linen (as instructed) was decorative and we shouldnt place on bed. Needless to say split sheet still remained.
The first night included a child (hopefully) singing frozen songs at 11pm whilst trying to sleep. Not the hotels fault at all but no onsite management meant limited recourse and a sleepless night.

Cons:

There is no fridge and no coffee tea facilities in the room.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel accueillant
Pros:

Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et flexible. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec une magnifique vue dans un environnement calme.

Cons:

Il serait appréciable d'installer un dispositif pour éloigner les mouches dans la chambre. Cela reste toutefois compréhensible compte tenu de la présence de pâturages à proximité de l'hôtel.
