Please note:

- In winter, Berghaus Bort is only reachable by cable car. The last cable car leaves at 15:45. Public parking is available in the valley, and charges may apply.

- In summer, Berghaus Bort can be accessed by car, preferably with a four-wheel drive, via a narrow mountain road. Free private parking is available on site.

- Pets are allowed only in the rooms.

- WiFi is available free of charge for one device per room.

Heureusement le liste et l’hôtel étaient parfaits

Le lieu, la qualité des installations et des produits

Cons:

Le coût du téléphérique n’est pas clairement indiqué sur le site internet et sur booking. Cela nous a couté 180€ aller et retour pour un trajet de 10 minutes.

Nosso dia foi pessimo, fomos de carro, não tinha informação que a estrada é fechada no inverno. Pedermos a reserva . Perdemos o dia. O acesso é somente por teleférico no inverno

In winter alleen bereikbaar met kabelbaan

Aardig personeel, eten was goed

Cons:

Let op: in de winter is het hotel alleen bereikbaar met de kabelbaan, enkele reis kost 20 euro per persoon. De laatste lift gaat om kwart over 4, daarna zit je 'gevangen' in het hotel want je kan geen kant op. Ik had dit niet door toen ik dit hotel boekte.
En toilet en badkamer waren op de gang.

Traumhaftes, stylisches Hüttenambiente mit unglaublich herzlichen Mitarbeitern, die auch Extrawünsche erfüllen - Merci -
Pros:

Stilvoll ~ schön ~ ruhig ~ tagsüber eine stylische Hütte (Mittelstation der Firstbahn Grindelwald) mit Bewirtung und nach Sonnen Untergang die herrliche Stille umgeben von Schnee ❄️ und Bergen.
Unglaublich herzliche Mitarbeiter, die wirklich jeden Wunsch erfüllen wollten und auch konnten, incl. kleiner Extras.

Cons:

Bei der Anreise erst das Gepäck an der Talstation abladen und dann zum Parkplatz 🅿️ fahren - hat aber auch gut geklappt (mit App -> easy park, am besten vorher installieren)

Schönes Chaket, tolle Lage mit Aussicht auf die hohen Berge, Ruhe, kein Rummel, klein, gemütlich, renoviert und schön gestaltet, sauber, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück.

Super Lage, Frühstück und Preis-Leistung.

Cons:

Einzig die Gondelbahn, über die das Hotel ausschließlich zu erreichen ist, fährt etwas kurz und ist kostenpflichtig. Wäre praktisch, könnte das Hotel diesbezüglich Sonderkonditionen aushandeln.

Die Lage und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Qualität vom Restaurant hat stark abgenommen im Vergleich zu den Jahren davor . (Auch beim Frühstück)
Fernseher kein Signal teilweise.
Matratzen waren eher unkomfortabel

Pros:

Je fréquente régulièrement cet hôtel, c'est génial d'être sur les pistes et le soir seuls dans la montagne ! Le restau est bon et le petit déjeuner aussi. Les chambres sont confortables. Le staff est sympa et arrangeant, ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre 1 nuit à cause du bruit au dessus.

Cons:

L'isolation phonique etre le premier et le deuxième étage devrait être refaite. On entend chaque pas des gens qui marchent au dessus et nous avons dû attendre que tout le monde soit couché dans la chambre du dessus pour pouvoir nous endormir.
