Herzblut, Gastfreundschaft und Komfort
Pros:

Absolut unkomplizierte Anreise, total herzliche Gastgeberin, und saubere gemütliche Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und heimeliger Ausstattung. Wegen der frühen Abreise wurde uns sogar noch ein tolles Sandwich zubereitet, ein Croissant eingepackt und mit frischem Obst das Frühstück-To-Go abgerundet. Von Herzen zu empfehlen!

Wonderful stay with great staff and a perfect location to see the Olympics in Livigno
Pros:

The staff was amazing and very warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a charming traditional mountain style, and our room was cozy and comfortable. The location was very convenient, just a 10 minute walk to the main bus station and 5 minutes to Coop and Denner, which made it easy for us to take the bus to the Olympics in Livigno every day. Breakfast was good, with nice options like hot fruit tea and yogurt, and eggs available as well.

Cons:

The only small thing to mention is that the sleigh bed might be a bit short for someone over 200 cm tall, but it added to the cozy alpine charm of the room.

Simple, sympatique, pratique et confortable
Pros:

L'accueil a été extrêmement sympatique et j'ai senti le personnel très à l'écoute de nos besoins et soucieux que nous passions un super séjour ce qui fut le cas. L'hôtel est charmant et confortable bien que rudimentaire

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner inclus est limité et tardif mais peu être avancé (breakfast box) ou complété moyennant supplément. Equipement en chambre se limite à une TV (mais en cas de besoin, la personne de la réception est super et trouvera probablement la solution qu'il vous faut....merci!)

Everything perfect except that the staff does not know what they are talking about.
Pros:

Everything was just perfect. The room, the breakfast, all good.

Cons:

Unfortunately the staff is, besides very friendly, not very knowledgeable when it comes to know the area. I asked for mthe direction to join the B27.........and I was sent to Livignio in Italy.
It better to say to a client that you dont know the answer to a question instead of giving wrong informations.

Répond aux attentes.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé au centre de Zernez. Personnel très agréable et aux petits soins pour les clients.

Décoration et bâtiment rustique dans un style traditionnel de la région.

Cons:

Pas dramatique mais c’est clair que ne pas avoir de salle de bain dans la chambre est un peu moins confortable.

Bâtiment un peu ancien donc moins bien isolé au niveau du bruit, à prendre en compte si on veut être 100% au calme pour le repos.

Pros:

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and quiet. It was very conveniently located.

Cons:

Our room was not ready at the check-in time advertised. The shower in our room was too short to stand up in. The beds were too short so our feet hung off the end. The hallways of the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was small. The hotel doors locked during the day and we had no way to get in, which almost caused us to miss our train.
