Overall just an average place.
Pros:

Breakfast is provided, has the essentials you need. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

No air conditioning so needed to open the window which resulted in noise from the street when cars go by. There is also a rule to not bring food into rooms to eat so you’re essentially forced to eat out.

Very convenient for the station, great staff, very clean, I would definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

The wonderful woman on reception was really helpful and gave us great advice on a walking route with amazing views of the Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau mountains. She also had a very good recommendation for where to find a reasonably priced restaurant with excellent vegetarian/vegan options. We were also able to leave our luggage there until the evening on the day we left.

It was fine.
Pros:

Breakfast was great! Loved the coffee! The breakfast was much better than you come across in the US - and I've stayed in lots of good hotels in the US while traveling.

Cons:

We're both Americans, though my wife is of an Asian ethnicity, and I'm white. When checking-in, we were shown a sign of a cup of needles in Chinse, or other Asian languages, telling guests not to cook! They could not tell by our last names that we were Asians, though when they saw my wife, they popped the sign. It did not make my wife feel good, right? We're Americans, not somebody fresh off the boat, coming with our own cups of needles...

A perfect stay in gorgeous Interlaken!
Pros:

The Alphorn hotel is a gem! The rooms are ultra clean, beds are ultra comfy, delicious breakfast, and the hospitality was superb! Christine and her staff welcomed us with their warm Swiss hospitality. They were so helpful in helping us navigate the city, secure a dinner reservation and gave us a special card to ride free public transportation around Interlaken. We are sad to be leaving. We hope to come back someday! Thank you Christine! We will miss you💜Best regards, Stephanie and Robert

従業員の対応に活気があり、気分が良かった。
朝食の内容、気遣いにも満足。
駅近、スーパーが近くて便利。
部屋に湯沸かしケトルがあり、ティーバッグ、コーヒースティックが置いてあったなは良かった。

Cons:

冷蔵庫、ティッシュは未設置。
ホテルは静かな環境にあり良かったのに、隣の宿泊者の声（唄を歌っているような、発声練習をしているような）が夜遅くまで長時間聞こえて迷惑だった。
