Nice design led hotel, but no staff available significantly weakened the offering. Felt more Airbnb than hotel.
Pros:

The location in the ‘old town’ is excellent. The finishes and furnishing along with the broader design approach to integrate the rooms and spaces into the various building shows is quite something.

Cons:

Hmmm.. no staff present save for one person each morning to serve and cook breakfast. Perhaps that was because we arrived Friday evening and only stayed over the weekend but both couples in our group struggling to gain access to their rooms in arrival. Once we worked out where the rooms are located, and had gone through the various emails sent prior to the stay to get your ‘klever key’ access, then called the number shown on a card seen through the window of a closed reception area, you’ll need your phone charged and data/signal available to gain access at any point. The lack of any charging points in the room, adapters, or bedside sockets doesn’t promote the above…and access anxiety remained the stay.

Pros:

Sehr persönliche und nette Begrüßung durch den Besitzer. Grundsätzlich exzellentes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ausgezeichnete Küche. Prachtvolle Sicht auf den See und sehr komfortables Zimmer.

Eine schöne Alternative zu den Business Hotels
Pros:

Lage ist fantastisch, am See in der Altstadt, Boutique Hotel, Zimmer schön/modern ausgestattet, viel Charme durch Holz, Balken, etc., Bett war sehr bequem

Cons:

Raum kleiner als erwartet, Decke ist sehr niedrig, man fühlt sich schnell etwas eingeengt
