Pros:

Arena Guesthouse is a great place to stay. It is old-school in the best way: very traditional, well maintained, and clean. We really loved the atmosphere. The spa area deserves a special mention, as it is very new, modern, and much better than we expected. Breakfast was small, simple with only local products and had everything we needed to start the day. If we ever come back to Laax, we will definitely stay at Arena Guesthouse again. A special shout-out to the kind and helpful staff, especially Madame Isabel and the Portuguese community

Cons:

The pillows could be improved. They are very large, shapeless and soft and did not provide much support for us. Next time, we will bring our own pillows.

Würde ich nicht nochmals buchen
Pros:

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es gab eine Tiefgarage. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr zentral

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr verstaubt, das Zimmer hat unangenehm gerochen und im Badezimmer hat es nach Urin gemuffelt. Für den Preis den wir für das Zimmer in der Silvesternacht bezahlt haben, hätte ich mir mehr Komfort gewünscht

Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Infrastruktur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis, Leistung für Flims-Laax aber OK.
