Es war alles bestens, komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren gut, nettes Personal. Das Hotel ist schön gelegen am Heidesee. Grosses Zimmer und allgemein ein schönes Hotel.

Gerne wieder, ab sofort unser bevorzugtes Hotel in Lenzerheide.
Pros:

Großes modernes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Parkplätze an. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr modern.

Gesamthaft passend und doch angenehm.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Die Höhenlage war bei diesen Hitzetagen sehr passend. Das Hallenbad war sauber und angenehm. Das Preisleitungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist mehrheitlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider kann man an der Rezeption keine Fahrkarten für den Postautobetrieb kaufen. Einzelpersonen vom Service sprechen kein Schweizerdeutsch und dazu noch schlecht Deutsch und verlangen trotzdem, dass man als Gast: "Du bestelle in Deutsch" - was uns völlig missfiel. In der Nacht auf Samstag wurden auf dem Parkplatz bis nach 01:15 Uhr heftige Diskussionen geführt und die Beteiligten fuhren danach mit aufheulenden Motoren weg.

Leider kaltes Zimmer und unhöflicher Hoteldirektor!
Pros:

Super Frühstück, ruhig und schön gelegen.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war unbeheitzt und mir war kalt. Ich fragte am NM an der Rezeption. Nichts geschah. Am Abend fragte ich nach einer Wolldecke und der betrunkene Hoteldirektor verneinte und wurde aggressiv!
