Lage, Errechbarkeit, Parkplatz inklusive, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Toilette hat nicht funktioniert. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Altmodischer SPA bereich

Sauberes Hotel mit guter Atmosphäre – aber laut bei Veranstaltungen
Pros:

Die Lage des Waldhaus am See in Valbella ist sehr schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die Grösse des Zimmers – dieses war angenehm geräumig. Zudem war das gesamte Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt grundsätzlich angenehm macht. Die Atmosphäre ist einladend und stimmig.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag direkt über der Eventlocation „Cantina“, wo bis etwa 1 Uhr morgens laute Musik lief – an Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Wir wurden vorgängig nicht darüber informiert. Für ein Wellnesshotel ist das aus meiner Sicht unpassend, und die Zimmervergabe sollte bei Events besser berücksichtigt werden. Solche Zimmer sollten an Eventgäste vergeben werden - nicht an Wellness Gäste.

Grosszügiges schönes Zimmer, sauber. Tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Wellnessbereich: Kinder anwesend (auch im Ü16 Bereich) und überfüllt, leider keine Tücher und Tee mehr.

Pros:

Schön und praktisch gelegen an der Langlauf Loipe. Das Hotel hat Charme. Mein Einzelzimmer war gemütlich und erstaunlich gross. Mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Spa und Schwimmbad sind nicht ganz modern aber trotzdem angenehm. Das Hotel verdient definitiv einen zusätzlichen Stern. Ich komme wieder

Location, friendly staff, size of the room.

Cons:

Temperature in the room was too high, very old and dangerous hairdryer. Our stay was good but the rate is too expensive for what you get.
