It was ok stay, good location and clean room, just not worth the price.

Cons:

Check in was slow, the system wasnt working. Not clear instructions from staff and didnt feel welcomed.

Balcony was nice, parking was convenient. Location was convenient. Would stay again.

The view was incredible, it was clean, not too far from amenities or train station

Cons:

No kettle in the room and having to go across the road to the main hotel to get hot water for a cup of tea/coffee but I was assured this will be rectified soon as the rooms are all getting upgraded soon and the bed is rather hard, the room is very basic.

good stay for the location
Pros:

The room had a balcony with excellent view of the mountains on all sides. Just 5 minuts walk from the train station and 5 10 minutes from the terminal.

Cons:

No Tea coffee kettle provided in the room.Its available at the hotel for a price. Only breakfast is provided . no restaurant available.
Luggage storage facility free of cost.

Lovely location, staff and view, but in serious need of improvement to match the price
Pros:

The room has an amazing view, and there were enough parking spaces for everyone, making parking hassle-free and easy, so you didn't have to worry about where to park or if there would be space for your car.
The staff at the reception and breakfast were very friendly.

Cons:

The room had a lovely view, but unfortunately, that was the highlight. The furnishings and fixtures were noticeably dated and in need of renovation, and the heating was a persistent issue. The entire building also had a slight smell, which is normal for older buildings, but investing in some sort of scenting would definitely help with that and improve the general atmosphere.
Despite turning the radiator off completely, the room remained uncomfortably warm, leaving us no choice but to sleep with the terrace door open in March in the Alps, which is far from ideal.
One thing that genuinely caught us off guard was that reception and breakfast are located in a completely separate building across a busy street, which is something not mentioned anywhere on the listing.
This means that if you need water, a question answered, to have breakfast, or anything at all, you have to get fully dressed and cross the street.
It's not a dealbreaker, but guests absolutely deserve to know this before booking.
Small details also let the place down, for example, the glasses in the breakfast room were so worn and cloudy that they looked unclean, which isn't a great impression at the start of the day.
For the price point, which sits on par with much better places, the overall experience didn't match the cost. Some investment in the rooms and amenities, or a more honest pricing adjustment, would go a long way.
There's potential here, but it needs attention.
