Facilities are good, but beds are not comfortable.
Pros:

The views of the mountains and lake are great. It was nice to have a walk around the villages in the evenings. The pools/spa are great. The front desk is also very friendly. Parking is free.

Cons:

The beds in our room were not comfortable, we didn’t get much sleep at all. It was too soft and felt like beds are not leveled.

The room is not well insulated, we can hear next door quite clearly and running steps from upstairs.

Be prepared to stand in front of the restaurant and not to be served/talked to for a while.

The accommodation was truly wonderful. It is located in a beautiful setting, the staff were very friendly, and overall we felt very comfortable during our stay.

The food looked excellent. The soups and desserts were genuinely very good, especially the creamy soups. Unfortunately, the main courses were much less impressive. A different dish was served each day, but the problem was always similar. The weakest part was the sauces and gravies, which we did not enjoy at all. Although the main courses looked very appealing, in our opinion they were not worth the price. During a future stay, we would probably skip the main course.

It is possible that this was simply the work of one particular chef, as the other parts of the menu were very good. However, this did not spoil our positive impression of the accommodation. Overall, we were very satisfied and really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, gute ÖV-Anbindung

Cons:

Link zur Gästekarte hat nicht funktioniert und wir mussten die ÖV selbst bezahlen.
Saunagänger benutzen ungeduscht und/oder mit Badekleidung das Tauchbecken.
Nachbarn rauchen auf dem Balkon.
