Pros:

Great location, comfortable rooms, great restaurant, nice relaxing inner pool. When owners are present, you feel extremely welcomed and they make everything for your stay to be as nice as possible.

Cons:

If unisex sauna could allow for people to enter with towels or swimsuits. Not everyone feels comfortable with the nude tradition. Some front-desk staff is rude and unfriendly to non- speaking German guests when owners are not around (Sundays). Jacuzzi sometimes has a foul odor.

Very nice place above lake Thun for a spa vacation

Nothing special about the hotel. The pictures look much better than the reality!. THE SCORING OF THE HOTEL IS OVERRATED!. The food is basic at best and overpriced. the facility amendities are old.

Der Weg vom Zimmer zum Solbad war etwas weit. Im Bademantel wenn es regnet oder sehr kalt ist, fände ich etwas ungemütlich! Dieses Problem kann man zwar wohl kaum lösen….
