Comfortabel met vriendelijk personeel, maar de incheck had klantvriendelijker gekund
Pros:

De ligging vlakbij het station en de self-check-in

Cons:

Dat ik de fiets op straat moest stallen door de late aankomst. Toen ik aankwam was het 2 minuten voor sluitingstijd van de receptie en er stond nog iemand achter de balie, maar de deur was al op slot. Zij had best nog even open kunnen doen zodat ik de fiets bij de andere fietsen had kunnen zetten.

Feines Hotel in Kleinbasel
Pros:

Zum widerholten Mal habe ich nun im Bloom genächtigt und bin, wie immer, sehr zufrieden in diesem Haus. Ideal gelegen unmittelbar beim Messeplatz ist man in wenigen Minuten mitten im Trubel von Kleinbasel, auch die Altstadt ist nicht weit. die Zimmer sind schlicht und modern, die Betten bequem und die Kosmetikprodukte im Badezimmer von bester Qualität. Das Frühstück ist relativ klein gehalten, bietet jedoch ausreichend Schmackhaftes und vor allem frisches Obst. Immer gerne wieder ins Bloom.

Pleasant stay, good transport links
Pros:

The hotel is in a lively neighbourhood with great transport links. The staff are super attentive and breakfast is good.

Cons:

The room and hotel are pretty basic for the price. No air conditioning, no facilities other than a couple of chair in the lobby, no 24 reception.

Super friendly, helpful People working there.
Fantastic location and with Basel card you can travel for free with public transportation

Cons:

All the noice from the corridor was resonating in the room but it was ok. Pillows did not suit me well but it’s more personal.

Good stay in Basel, would come again
Pros:

Good location, directly on the tram line. The staff is helpful and late night check in is taken care of when you let them know beforehand. The rooms are clean, good size for one person but can be small when coming as a couple. Recommended and would choose it again for a Basel stay.

Cons:

The bathrooms could have more hangers - especially when you are with 2 people in one room.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes und schönes kleines Zimmer
Pros:

Habe um einen frühzeitigen Bezug des Zimmers gebeten, da ich an einer online Sitzung teilnehmen musste, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat es möglich gemacht.

Cons:

das einzige, was nicht top war, war dass das Zimmer relativ eng war.
