Pros:

Изключително мил персонал. Стая със съвременен дизайн, чисто и уютно. Бяхме много приятно изненадани от възможността да ползваме градския транспорт безплатно по време на престоя ни в Базел. Препоръчваме този хотел за престой в Базел.

Cons:

Синът ни се наложи да спи на горния етаж на двуетажното легло и се оплака, че е имал притеснение да не падне на сън. Самото легло е стабилно закрепено за пода, стената и тавана, но самата преграда е малка.

I had a great stay at Bloom Hotel. The location was excellent, close to Messeplatz, the Rhine River, and the Old Town. T
Pros:

Bloom Hotel has a great location in Messeplatz — around a 10-minute walk to the Rhine River and the Old Town, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. I appreciated the complimentary water, chocolates (M&M’s), as well as the coffee and tea provided.

The room also had useful amenities such as towels, an iron, and an ironing board for clothes. The reception staff were probably one of the highlights of the stay — very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We requested an extra pillow and they granted our request quickly.

The rooms were also clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, but a fan is provided in the room.

Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service and a convenient location.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. I can’t fault this hotel — everything met my expectations, and the staff and service made the stay even better.

Schönes zentrales Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet und sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Anbindung an die Stadt war super. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eher heiss (bei gut 30 Grad draussen). Es hatte aber einen Ventilator. Ich habe aber trotzdem gut geschlafen.
