Pros:

Central location. That is all

Cons:

The hotel is closed after 11pm with no staff on site NOR REACHABLE BY PHONE after hour. To enter after 11pm you use the room key (not a magnetic card or code), to open the external street door and then a second inner door before the hotel. Well the key got stuck inside this middle door without opening it and I tried for 30min to open it, in the middle of the night, without being able to reach a staff by phone. The sink also did not drain. For the bad night experience, entering the hotel, I would not recommend this hotel. It could be catastrophic remaining outside…..

Great location, but several things need improvement
Pros:

The location is excellent — very close to the train station, the Old Town, Lake Zurich, the boat station, and many cafés and restaurants.
The gentleman at reception in the morning was very friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the female reception staff in the evening were not as welcoming and seemed to prioritise bar customers over hotel guests. The lobby is open to the public, and in the evening, hotel guests were not allowed to sit there unless they ordered something, even if they had bought food from a supermarket.
The breakfast was very basic, with limited bread, croissants and cheese, very little variety, and no fresh vegetables. Eggs were only available on some days, and only as boiled eggs.
The air conditioner was very noisy, the room safe did not work, and there was no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.
Overall, the location is fantastic, but the hotel could improve its guest service, breakfast, and basic room facilities.

Çok memnun kalkım. Temiz oda, iyi kahvaltı, konumu çok çok iyi beğendim.
Pros:

Merkezi tren istasyonuna 2-3dk yürüme mesafesinde. Şehrin merkezinde ve nehir manzaralı.

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was excellent. Close to train, tram and restaurants. The attractions were all within walking distance. The staff, especially the male person during the day was friendly and helpful. Having a drink at the bar at night was also a great feature of this hotel.

Cons:

The room was a bit small and dated. The bathroom was nice, however the door did not close properly.

El desayuno. Muy completo y variado, había absolutamente de todo (aunque el personal quiere limpiar todo con tanta rapidez que si te levantas a por algo, ya no está lo que habías dejado en la mesa). Caminando está muy, muy bien situado del centro, en un barrio residencial.

Cons:

No limpiaban ni hacían las habitaciones a menos que fuese bajo demanda y pagando. Las instalaciones son más de un 2 estrellas rozando 3, no de 4, para nada de 4.

Premetto che avevamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale delux. Arrivate in struttura ci hanno assegnato una stanza decisamente inferiore, molto piccola e angusta, senza cassaforte e angolo scrivania, che avremmo dovuto avere con la stanza da noi prenotata; inoltre le pareti della stanza erano macchiate. Abbiamo quindi chiesto alla reception (che era il bancone del bar sottostante) di darci la stanza per la quale avevamo pagato, ma ci è stato detto che tutte le stanze erano assegnate e che ci avrebbero offerto la colazione gratis (la quale è stata pessima), spostandoci nella stanza che avremmo dovuto avere la mattina seguente. Secondo quello che ci era stato riferito dallo staff, noi avremmo dovuto cambiare la stanza alle 12; siamo arrivate in hotel alle 12:45 e la stanza non era ancora pronta, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare lì sedute fino alle 14.
