J'avais envoyé à l'avance un mail avec mon numéro de plaque pour bénéficier du parking gratuit, mais le numéro de plaque n'a pas été pris en compte et j'ai eu un problème pour quitter le parking. Heureusement cela a pu être réglé.

La facilité d'accès à l'établissement et à la chambre. Propreté du lieu. Frigo dans la chambre.

Cons:

Difficulté pour la télévision dans une langue non connue et manque de chaines en français.
Manque de savon pour les mains (réservoir pas rempli).
Manque d'indication pour trouver la cuisine dans le bâtiment 16.

juste parfait
Pros:

le matelas était vraiment très confortable et j'ai très bien dormi. la chambre N°9 était spécialement agréable avec ces nombreuses fenêtres

Posizione comoda, vicino al tram anche se molto isolata dal centro

Cons:

Staff e reception inesistente. La camera non è stata rifatta.
Molta polvere. Colazione a buffet, ma non un vero buffet. Si tratta di una cucina con poca scelta e tutta roba confezionata.
Letto molto duro e scomodo, cuscini molli e bassi
