La localisation, le confort, la cuisine à disposition.

Cons:

Le voisin extrèmement bruyant, il a fallut à minuit passé lui demander de baisser sa musique et d'arreter de chanter. Il a reconnu avoir abusé et à 1h du matin, il était enfin silencieux.
