Tolle Ferien, nette Leute, schönes ideales Zimmer, kommen wieder, wenn wir ins Tessin gehen.
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr nett herzlich und man wurde gut orientiert über die Möglichkeiten. Man wusste nach dem Empfang Bescheid.
Das Frühstück war für uns sehr recht, fein und vielseitig. Viel Brot-, Müesli und Konfiauswahl. Ein leckeres Frühstück.
Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Ideale Grösse, nicht soo gross, war schön. Es ist etwas abgelegen von der Stadt her, aber super und ideal mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Alles top!! Wir würden wieder kommen!!
Grosses Kompliment für die Gastfreundschaft und ein Dankeschön für alles, es war schön und toll!!!

Super Dusche und immer Warmwasser, war toll.

Cons:

Mir hat ein Schuhlöffel im Zimmer gefehlt, aber ich hatte ein Miniding mit dabei im Gepäck und von dem her nicht all zu tragisch.

Sonst waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden, Autogarage, für Auto und Velo alles zusammen, sehr gut.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr fein. Frisches Brot, guter Kaffee alles i.o.

Cons:

Zimmertemperatur, wir konnten nicht schlafen, viel zu heiss, Klimaanlage fehlte.

Pros:

Nuno, der Hotelchef, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und das gesamte Hotelpersonal war sehr aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Es hat eine Tiefgarage und unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und hatte eine tolle Dusche, eine bequeme Matratze, eine Minibar und einen grosszügigen Balkon. Das Frühstückbuffet bot alles, was man schätzt und das Restaurant ist auch am Abend zu empfehlen. Mit dem Ticino-ticket kann man den ÖV im ganzen Tessin gratis benutzen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, so ist man schnell im Zentrum, es gibt auch gute Verbindungen nach Ascona. Zu Fuss ist die Altstadt in 7 Minuten erreichbar.
Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und werden dort sicher wieder einmal buchen.

Super netter Empfang. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Direktor spricht fünf Sprachen. Ist immer ansprechbar. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Gutes Restaurant. Tiefgarage, Lift vorhanden. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Unser Ferienaufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Während der gesamten Zeit haben wir uns rundum wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die vielen Tipps zu Aktivitäten sowie die attraktiven Vergünstigungen. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und das Frühstück war ein absoluter Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!
