Pros:

Sehr sympathischer und freundlicher Empfang. Die Lage am Bach ist sehr romantisch und hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Für Ruhesuchende könnte der tosende Bach etwas laut sein. Uns persönlich hat das jedoch nicht gestört.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, le parking devant l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner, la propreté, la chambre qui a beaucoup de charme. Ce petit écrin de verdure au milieu de la ville est très surprenant et il est très agréable de s'endormir au son du cours d'eau. On se croirait perdu en pleine nature.

Tolles Hotel mit großartigem Restaurant, sollte man unbedingt probieren
Pros:

Super nettes Hotel, wunderschöne Ausstattung, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Problem mit dem Bett, was aber sehr schnell und unkompliziert gelöst wurde

A cute stay just outside of Neuchatel
Pros:

This boutique hotel was such a lovely spot for a getaway. My partner and I had a lovely 10 year anniversary there and the food at their restaurant was exquisite - a must try. The staff were very friendly and the walk around the hotel was very interesting as it was right next to a waterfall. The room was big and had beautiful decorations.

Cons:

The pillows were really bad. We both woke up with horrible neck pain. Please get some better pillows! Besides that, everything was amazing.

A wonderful breath of fresh air close to the centre of town
Pros:

A most unusual property with a lot of history and charm, the site is exceptional - a river gorge within a large town, surrounded by trees

Cons:

We would have liked a less formal evening menu alternative - the Gault Millau option was excellent, but we wanted something a little simpler. The hotel itself is charming but a little hard to access by car if you are not familiar with Neuchatel

Expérience magique
Pros:

Superbe expérience , dans un lieu magique et romantique à souhait! Repas gastronomique ! La chambre est très belle et donne sur les gorges du Seyon. Un dépaysement total.

Cons:

Au prix de la chambre et du repas, ne pas avoir à disposition des bouteilles d'eaux c'est vraiment discutable.
Le petit déjeuner , le jambon et fromage étaient excellent mais le choix limité

Perfect for a little romantic stay
Pros:

The style with that mix of old and modern is amazing, the fire place in the room, amazing bathtub in the room, good bedding, diner at the restaurant was excellent with a special touch for our anniversary

Cons:

the breakfast was rather simple, the open shower leaves the bathroom all wet

Das Maison du Prussien ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt im Raum Neuenburg sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes, grosszügiges Zimmer, geschmackvoll renoviert. Feines Frühstück mit sehr aufmerksamer Bedienung. Etwas abseits vom Zentrum in einer richtigen Naturoase gelegen.

Cons:

Das permanente, relativ laute Rauschen vom nahegelegenen Bach ist - insbesondere Nachts - etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Pros:

Frühstück war ausreichend (wer es üppiger mit großer Auswahl mag dessen Erwartungen werden nicht erfüllt). Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich, freundlich und auch mehrsprachig unterwegs, für alle die des Französischen nicht mächtig sind. Die Lage, direkt an einem rauschenden Bach ist sehr idyllisch.

Cons:

Die Zimmer lassen sich nicht temperieren (zum Schlafen für sicherlich einige Gäste zu warm) Geräusche von außen, ein Wildbach und Wasserrad, also nichts unangenehmes, lassen offene Fenster aber leider nicht zu.
