Please inform Residence Thessoni Home , Boarding house & serviced apartments Zürich in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of CHF 80 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
For full check-in and check-out service, please go to the Thessoni classic hotel, a 4-minute walk away (Address: Eichwatt 19, 8105 Regensdorf).

The reception there is open daily from 6:30-00:00. Check-in:

- You can conveniently check in with your name at the self-service terminal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, directly at Thessoni Home.

- If you prefer to be welcomed personally, the front desk staff of Thessoni Classic, Eichwatt 19, 8105 Regensdorf, checks you in and you may walk or drive back to Thessoni home (5 minutes' walk, 1 minute by car).

Please note that parking in front of the Aldi store is not allowed. Short-stay (15 minutes) parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel. Long-stay parking spaces are available in the underground parking in the second underground floor for a surcharge (access is only possible with the hotel room key card).

Please note that the use of the loft kitchen/common kitchen on ground floor, is only possible at a surcharge. Please ask the reception team.

Every guest has to clean the kitchen by himself.
