Frühstück und Restaurant mit der sehr schönen Aussicht

Cons:

Wir haben Aufpreis bezahlt für Seesicht. Das Fenster war jedoch hoch positioniert dreieckig. Wir hatten keine Aussicht auf den See. Das Zimmer war sehr bedrückend. Ausserdem war das Badezimmer abstossend. Zimmer war recht kalt. Wir haben dann einen Ofen bekommen auf Anfrage. Doppelbett mit zwei Matratzen.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war weltklasse, super Buffet, alles vorhaden und frisch, Rührei war weltklasse. Auch das Restaurant war super.

Bei der Ankunft war niemand am Empfang. Nach dem klingeln und anrufen kam niemand. und als dann jemand kam war er sehr kurz angebunden und hat mir die Zimmerkarte in die Hand gegeben und ist wieder gegangen. ( und all dies, obwohl das Restaurant nicht viele Leute drin hatte, und dieser Herr sich ruhig mehr Zeit hätte nehmen können für auskünfte. Ansonsten war alles ok.

A lovely boutique hotel and pizzeria by the lake
Pros:

The hotel and pizzeria are superbly located on the lakeside. My room had a lakeview. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They accommodated the fact that I am lactose intolerant and gave me soy milk instead which was not in the buffet. They also sent very quickly a handyman when my mobile charger got stuck in the plug.
The pizzeria in the hotel is excellent, real italian pizza and they also provide gluten free pizzas.

Cons:

The only problem was a plug socket cover missing where my mobile plug got stuck. But the staff immediately sent a handyman and the problem was solved in 2 minutes.
