La ubicación,las vistas,la habitación,limpieza,comodidad de la habitación,todo excelente,el restaurant exquisito con comida Italiana de primera,,el desayuno una delicia,con mucha variedad(buffet)la gente que atiende demasiado amorosos.

Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel, personnel très accueillant et arrangeant. Bonne literie et propreté des lieux.
Petit déjeuner correct. Restaurant de l'hôtel au top !

Cons:

Petit point d'amélioration : l'insonorisation des chambres qui laisse à désirer et le parking qui n'est pas très pratique.

A great location right on the lake and a room with a splendid view.
Pros:

Location (although note the walk to the station and the main town is via a long hill which may be tricky for some- there is a bus).
Balcony - great outside space
Lovely reception staff

Cons:

A little tired in places which is a shame given the prime location
Pricey breakfast offering- we went elsewhere (but options limited in the immediate vicinity)

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen
Pros:

Tolle Lage, nette Begrüßung beim Check in, sehr gutes Restaurant für Abendessen und Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksames Servicepersonal.

Cons:

Leider war Zimmer 8 sehr hellhörig - man konnte die Rezeption und das Restaurant hören, sowie jeden, der das Treppenhaus benutzte. Zimmer 8 kann ich daher nicht empfehlen.

Cons:

Schlimmster Hotelaufenthalt meines Lebens. Ich wurde nachts geweckt, weil ein Restaurantgast nicht ausparken konnte, obwohl meine Auto korrekt innerhalb der markierten Parkfläche stand (auf die mich der Rezeptionist zuvor selbst eingewiesen hatte). Dass ich nachts geweckt werde, um den Fehler eines anderen Gastes auszubügeln, halte ich für völlig unangemessen. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel extrem hellhörig und Frühstück gibt es auch erst um 8. Nicht für Geschäftsreisen zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist grandios, direkt am See.

Cons:

Die Zimmer / Gänge sind in die Jahregekommen gepflegt aber alles sehr dunkel. Teils sind die Zimmer dadurch dunkel und leider geben die Lampen nicht viel licht her.

Pros:

The hotel is located directly next to the lake, my room has a very beautiful view to the lake and mountain, my balcony was spacious and I could enjoy my morning coffee calm and cozy in my balcony with the fantastic view. All the staff are very friendly and they are very helpful. I had a nice time there!
