Family hotel, you feel very welcomed and taken care off. Excellent service & food
Pros:

Nice comfort rooms with a comfortable bed. Extremely friendly staff which provide with a dedicated service. You can relax and enjoy your stay. The Hotel is next to the bus stop and the guest card is providing free transportation in the Lötschental.

Everything! Service was great, the ladies were very kind and helpful the whole stay. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and the room super clean cosy and modern. Loved everything about our stay.

Location is great - very picturesque valley. Staff welcoming & friendly. Great room, very comfortable - split double bed (2 mattress) with lovely duvet & pillow. Flat screen tv. Modern bathroom with shower & toiletries. Good excellent - lovely evening meal & continental buffet style breakfast.

off the beaten path and glad of it.

the beauty of the location, the friendliness of the staff and the exceptional food

Cons:

nothing about the property.. but Mother Nature delivered a blow in the event of a Landslide following heavy rains that extended our stay due to road closures.
