Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Brienzersee.
Waren 9 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Frühstück war gut, jedoch ohne jede Abwechslung, auf 9 Tage gesehen doch etwas eintönig.

Die Lage, direkt am See ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, zu einem, wie immer in der Schweiz, überhöhten Preis für die Übernachtung.

Rude staff, Late check in, outdated rooms and overall hotel

Location is the only thing that's the highlight

Cons:

The Staff is rude. They don't know to talk. Backbiting in foreign langauge. The room itself is dated. Late checkin as rooms were not ready even at 3.45 so we had to leave as per our plans without checking in

A fantastic stay in such a lovely area with brilliant staff!
Pros:

The view was fantastic from everywhere in the hotel, even though we didn't have a lake view we still had an incredible view of the mountains. The room was so cozy and comfortable, the location was lovely and quiet, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! It was also easy to get to the main part of Interlaken during the day with either the bus system or about a 30-40 minute scenic walk from the hotel.

Hôtel bien situé avec une vue sur le lac, très sympa et apaisant.

Cons:

J’ai été surprise de ne pas avoir la chambre qui devait mettre attribuée.. au premier étage avec l’ascenseur collé à celle-ci qui était très bruyant, difficile de trouver le sommeil
