Schöner Aufenthalt in einem idyllischen Haus am Fels
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Als der Rezeptionist sah, dass meine Frau gehbehindert ist, hat er gleich das Zimmer aus dem 2.Stock in eins im 1. getauscht und auch gleich die Koffer hochgetragen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, mit separatem Schreibtisch. Die Betten waren bequem. Beim Frühstück möchte ich besonders das schmackhafte Brot hervorheben.

Cons:

Nichts zu meckern.

Passe merveilleux sejour en plein centre ville dans hotel agreable. Le restaurant est un vrai plus.
Pros:

Emplacement fantastique en plein centre de Bellinzona, personnel tres accueillant et aidant. Bon petit dejeuner. Chambre cozy, balcon sympa. Restaurant tres sympa, un peu cher par contre.

Cons:

Il pourrait y avoir de quoi faire du the ou cafe simple dans les chambres. Matelas plus petit sur autre matelas plus grand: pas tres confortable.

Zentrale Lage, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war guter Durchschnitt. Der Kaffee, frisch vom Restaurant sehr gut. Die Betten sind bequem.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr eng, aber für 2 Nächte okay. Es bräuchte aber eine Renovation.
Die Lage des Hotels und das dazugehörende Restaurant sind sehr gut.

Gute Lage

Cons:

Frühstück sehr mager - die Bananen waren braun. Man hat sie nachdem wir sie informiert hatten weggeschoben und mit gelben Bananen ausgetauscht.
Das Zimmer war SEHR laut - Lärm bis nach MItternacht und am Morgen ab 6hr hörte man bereits das Personal.
Hotel sehr ringhörig.
