Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und das Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Nicht ideal wenn man mit eigenem Fahrzeug anreist. Die Lage des Zimmers. Im 1. OG. Ganze Nacht Lärm von Kühlanlage im Nebenhaus. Klimaanlage im Zimmer nur provisorisch mit Schlauch nach draussen. Daher nutzlos.

Pros:

Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità del personale, sempre affabile, gentile e pronto ad aiutare. Anche il responsabile, o proprietario della struttura, si è dimostrato una persona molto cordiale, disponibile e alla mano.

Cons:

Il soggiorno è stato tuttavia penalizzato da diversi aspetti. Il bagno era molto stretto, con un piatto doccia di dimensioni ridotte e poco confortevole per una persona alta e robusta; mancava inoltre il bidet. La camera era priva di frigorifero e ospitava un deumidificatore piuttosto ingombrante, verosimilmente fastidioso per il rumore durante l’utilizzo. Anche i materassi erano estremamente scomodi e non garantivano un riposo adeguato. Nel complesso, il prezzo richiesto non mi è sembrato proporzionato al comfort offerto.

La struttura appare piuttosto datata e utilizza ancora chiavi tradizionali. Questo sistema non mi ha trasmesso sufficiente sicurezza: dovendo custodire documenti sensibili, ho preferito non lasciarli in camera. Non metto assolutamente in dubbio l’onestà del personale, ma ritengo che un hotel dovrebbe adottare sistemi di accesso più moderni, capaci di tutelare maggiormente gli ospiti.

Infine, l’hotel non dispone di un parcheggio proprio. Per lasciare l’auto in un parcheggio custodito ho dovuto sostenere un costo aggiuntivo di circa 22 euro per sole 12 ore, che incide sensibilmente sul costo complessivo del soggiorno.

Just what we needed!
Pros:

Great location. Amazing staff!!! The view from our room was also very nice! The ñoqui in the hotel restaurant are sooo good!

Cons:

We had a triple room and it felt a little bit crowded but aside from that we loved the hospitality!

Unterkunft mit zentraler Lage und trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht.
Pros:

Das dazugehörende Restaurant mit Terrasse ermöglichte ein feines Abendessen bei dem man den Sommerabend draussen geniessen konnte.

Cons:

Leider bestehen keine eingebauten Klimaanlagen. Das mobile Gerät, das im Zimmer stand, war nicht zu gebrauchen.

Ayant déjà séjourné dans deux autres hôtels de cette rue je m'attendais à mieux...
Pros:

L'emplacement et le personnel aimable

Cons:

La saleté dans la salle de bain et le côté spartiate de la chambre - pas d'armoire, pas de frigo, pas de bouteille d'eau, etc... - pour le prix
Le petit déjeuner très basique et pas très qualitatif pour un hôtel qui a également un restaurant
