Alles perfekt 👌
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und es gibt hoteleigene, kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Superior Zimmer im neuen Nebengebäude war hell, sehr groß und geräumig. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Nice overnight stay with two dogs on our way to Italy. Perfect stopping point in a lovely village.

Kamer niet beschikbaar, naar studio’s in het dorp gestuurd. Voor ons niet weer
Pros:

Helaas geen goede ervaring. Familiekamer geboekt en toen we aankwamen was er geen kamer meer beschikbaar in het hotel. Wij konden gehuisvest worden in de studio’s. In het dorp, daar konden we ook niet parkeren. Dus bagage daar afzetten, auto weer terug naar hotel en dan weer lopend naar studio’s. In studio’s ziet alles er heel netjes en schoon uit, maar het warme water was na 15 min op. Dus koude douche. Na een belletje naar de receptie bleek dat er nog wel een familie kamer beschikbaar was in het hotel, andere gasten waren niet komen opdagen. Heel bijzonder dat wij eerder arriveren dan de andere gasten en met 2 kinderen naar de studio worden gestuurd en dat de familiekamer vrij wordt gehouden voor gasten die na ons zouden arriveren. Uiteindelijk is het opgelost met de receptie, maar waarom er zo is gehandeld, blijft ons een raadsel. De receptie was ervan overtuigd dat ze ons goed hadden geholpen met verblijf in de studio’s, maar als je nog een familiekamer vrij hebt, klopt er iets niet. Wij zijn zeker 1,5 uur in de weer geweest en deze tijd hadden we ook kunnen besteden aan even relaxen na een reisdag van 10 uur. Zal wel iets met kosten en commissie te maken hebben gehad, maar laat je gasten daar niet de dupe van zijn. Wij komen hier nooit weer.

mooie ruime kamer, kleine afstand vanaf de snelweg en net voor de Gotthardtunnel richting het zuiden.
Restaurant is erg prijzig maar wel goed.
