Pros:

Das Hotel Montmartre besticht durch seine perfekte Lage und einen unvergleichlichen Charme. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und makellos sauber, der Service ist ausserordentlich herzlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Essen im Bistro war ein echtes Highlight. Wer Charakter und erstklassige Qualitaet sucht, wird hier nicht enttaeuscht. Absolute Empfehlung!

Pros:

La localisation, la taille de la chambre, le côté cosy de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit dej qui débute à 09h le matin (un peu tard quand on travaille😉), et le bruit le soir.

Cute and comfortable room in heart of Zurich.
Pros:

The location within the city was exceptional and there is an amazing bistro on the ground floor. The mattress was very comfortable. Free coffee, tea and water in the room were appreciated. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

There were no amenities in the bathroom - no shampoo nor body wash and no hand soap in the soap dispensers close to the sinks. There was just one huge (1L) container of hand soap in the shower. The water did not drain well in the sink and shower.

Unique stay, very nice interior, located above restaurant which we had the best croissant at.

Cons:

If you're tall you might struggle with the stairs within the room itself and the loft. The property is located above a restaurant - getting baggage up the stairs was tricky. Also located very close to the chime tower so you may be woken up by it.

Amazing Stay in Old Town of Zurich
Pros:

A charming and cozy place with lots of character. We had our room at the top floor with our bed at the attic. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the cafe downstairs had good food. Located in the heart of the Old Town. Close to the river and tram stop. We enjoyed our walk around the place and cross the main street as well. Nora, the staff/manager was so welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing much. Just be aware that you will have to carry your luggages up. It is inevitable when you stay in a historic old building.

Old charm in a good location
Pros:

It is located centrally. Staff are helpful and responsive. I want to commend the staff, to Nora particularly. I asked to look for an earring of my friend and requested them to mail it back to us in USA using my credit card. I received it today and I would like to thank them for doing this. We even offer to give some reward to the staff who found the earring but they said it is not necessary. So, the charm of the hotel and the honestly and dedication of the staff to their guest deserves a high recognition for this hotel. thank you all. if I will go back to Zurich, I will definitely stay here.

Nothing really... It was addressed that there is no elevator so be ready to go up and down
