To be recommended for an enjoyable stay
Pros:

Friendly welcoming staff, especially Fatima on reception; clean good size room with all toiletries provided and restocked daily; good location for train, bus, centre of town, chateau, and lake; excellent selection for breakfast. Also large TV in bedroom with English channels excellent as the World Cup was on at the time. To be recommended and will use again when I visit Neon.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the restaurant terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy food or drinks. We'd happily stay here again.

Wir verbrachten 4 sehr schöne Tage in Nyon und könne das Ambassador Boutique Hotel bestens empfehlen
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Es wurde uns alles gut erklärt und sogar ein Parkplatz in einer Garage angeboten. Das Frühstückbuffet, bereits ab 07:00 Uhr, war fabelhaft und der Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den See und das Schloss traumhaft schön. Das Zimmer war ziemlich frisch renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist top. Nur ca. 7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und gleich am Eingang zur lebhaften Altstadt.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts, ausser dass an der Reception niemand deutsch konnte.
