Beautiful ski getaway
Pros:

Nice breakfast selections. Large room with very well thought out amenities such as storage shelfs and closets and heated bathroom floor, and nice modern decors. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ski rental shop right across from hotel, and received 10% hotel discount. Short walking distance to Gurschen-Gemsstock gondola with free shuttles also available.

None. Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations!

Great room, staff and location. Take advantage of all the local restaurants options.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good for a cold breakfast. . Would be nice to have an option of hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms).
The room was very nicely fitted and comfortable.
The hotel is in a great location in the original part of Andermatt, full of character and close to a lot of restaurants and cafe/bars.

Cons:

The only downsize to the room is the inability to adjust the temperature of the room at night (it requires the reception to adjust it). With the noisy bells from the near-by church, we couldn't open the window to cool down the room either.

We found the restaurant very average. Ate there the first night. The Massamam vegetable curry was simply rice with a few veggies which seemed just microwaved and badly drained and diluted the sauce which seemed just out of a bottle. A bit disappointing to come to Switzerland and not have a more local cuisine when you come from afar.

Very friendly service!
Pros:

It is located in the city center with parking and place to leave the skis and the skis shoes. The gym is super well equipped and the hotel staff is very courteous.

Very comfortable, smart hotel
Pros:

Hotel ideally located in the centre of town, equal distance between the 2 ski lifts. Either a 10 min walk to either or via the bus which stops quite literally right outside. Owner very friendly, chill and accommodating, will definitely stay again if I come back to this part of Switzerland!!

A decent hotel for skiing
Pros:

The location is very good, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The free breakfast is below average. And the biggest complaint I had was the WiFi connection was cut off between 23:00 to 6:00. I needed to access the internet for my work during the night.
