Super und gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war modern und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist immer sehr freundlich.
Ich bin nicht das erste Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen und sicher auch nicht das letzte Mal.

Cons:

Ich mag keine Einzelbetten als Doppelbett wegen dem Spalt aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Wir hatten schöne Ferien.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat für uns gereicht.
Und die lage war für uns perfekt. Da wir auf dem Jakobshorn skifahren waren.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz fürs Auto beim Hotel ist zu teuer!

Decent, but very basic room, was clean and alright size, breakfast was also basic but OK, there're parking spaces at the back of the hotel, it was possible to arrange a key for the room despite the late arrival.
There's a bar / restaurant in the building, just 5-6 minutes walk from the lifts to the lift to the ski areas & the shopping centre

Cons:

- no coffee/tea-making facilities in the room, for this money I expected more
- 20 franks per day for parking & was put under pressure by the receptionist to leave early although I arrived late the night before - how shameless is this? Please, reduce the parking fee accordingly or stop pushing people to free the parking space earlier than the 24 hours they have paid for!
- the floors make a LOT of noise when you walk - not a nice "feature" for a place with barely any soundproofing.
This has nothing to do with the hotel, but Davos is the ugliest Swiss city, I will never waste my time travelling to Davos ever again

Gute Lage für Wintersport, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nahe an der Jakobshorn Gondelbahn, Bahnhof und Zentrum.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört nicht nur die Nachbarn, sondern auch Gespräche im Gang. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet viel Auswahl, aber es gibt keinen Speck, Zopf oder Gipfeli. Nach dem Schneefall vor unserer Ankunft wurden die gebührenpflichtigen Hotelparkplätze nicht ausreichend geräumt, sodass sich eine dicke Eisschicht unter dem Schnee bildete (Unfallgefahr). Auf unsere Reklamation wurde lediglich die Gebühr für einen Tag reduziert mit dem Hinweis, dass wir vorher hätten fragen müssen, ob wir auf dem Kundenparkplatz parken dürfen.
