Ein wunderbarer Wochenend-Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Cittadella. Das Hotel verfügt über alles was es braucht und das Frühstück ist grandios. Unser Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte ein hochwertiges Bett mit härterer Matratze. Wir waren als Läufer vom Locarno-Ascona Halbmarathon in der Nacht vor dem Rennen dort und das Hotel hat sich ganz schön ins Zeugs gelegt, um uns alles leicht zu machen (insb. Frühstücks- und Checkout-Zeit). Die Lage ist optimal - gleich oberhalb der Piazza Grande und in Gehdistanz vom SBB-Bahnhof. Auch der Kontakt vor der Anreise war stets freundliche und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Abends kann es in der Gasse vor dem Hotel etwas lauter werden sodass man ggf. mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen muss, da kann das Hotel aber nichts für. Es gibt sonst überhaupt nichts zu meckern.

La vicinanza a Piazza Grande, la tranquillità, la camera piuttosto nuova, la macchina del caffè in camera e la cordialità della signora in sala colazione.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare, ma non c'era una vera accoglienza. Non abbiamo mai visto nessuno alla reception, che di fatto era un corridoietto in mezzo tra la cucina e la sala pranzo. Ma non è stato un problema, perché le chiavi e l'accettazione erano lì all'arrivo.

I like its location, size of the room, friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable, the shower/toilet is clean.

Cons:

The hallway smells like kitchen, that could sometimes go in the room. It smells like fish but understandable because the hotel also has a good restaurant that offers good fish cuisine.
