Pros:

L’amabilité du personnel et le fait qu’une solution rapide a été proposée (changement de chambre) au probleme de ventilation de ma chambre (bruit et grincements).

Cons:

Le manque d’entretien de l’hotel (problème de ventilation connu) car il sera définitivement fermé dans quelques semaines et qu’aucune réduction de prix ne soit proposée pour ces désagréments.

Soggiorno excellente.
Pros:

Mi aspettavo un posto modesto, invece è stato molto bello. Il ristorante è delizioso, la colazione ottima, il personale della reception molto cordiale, l’hotel è in posizione centralissima. Soggiorno eccellente.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, besonders wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, hat es direkt gegenüber einen grossen Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war OK, mehr aber auch nicht.

Cons:

Das Hotel und vor allen die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man an allen Ecken. Teile sind nicht fest, die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und manche Stellen werden nicht mehr richtig sauber bei der Reinigung.
Es sollte bei dem Preis, etwas Geld in die Hand genommen werden, um die Zimmer zu sanieren.

Breakfast was included but we have to almost beg for coffee while skipping breakfast (we didn’t have time to take breakfast at any day and it was not reimbursed)
