Great location, cute room and nice staff
Pros:

Really short walk from the Interlaken Ost station and easy, pleasant walk to the lake and restaurants. Room was very spacious and clean, good breakfast selection and lovely, friendly staff.

Herzlicher Empfang und super schönes Zimmer
Pros:

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und das Zimmer war RIESIG :-)
Das Abendessen (Käse-Fondue) war sehr gut und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich.
Uns wurde ein netter Empfang bereitet und die Aufbewahrung der Koffer (wir kamen schon um 10:00 Uhr an) lief

Hab gesehen an einem Person M im sallon ist das besteck runter gefahlen und rauf genohmen und nur an

Das essen war sehr gut ,porzion auch ,
sehr farbig ,die vielen verschiede gepomüse hab sehr geschäzt.
Sehr schön war auch die kaffemaschine mit tee im Zimmer .

Cons:

Die Zimmer recht altmodisch eingerichtet der kasten vibriert richtig beim laufen neben bett.

A very comfortable stay indeed and great front desk staff.
Pros:

Staff were extremely very helpful as we lost our bags and they did everything possible to have them delivered to the Hotel. Unfortunately they didn't arrive but to no fault to the hotel. Swiss Airlines courier took 3 days and we had already checked out. Breakfast was excellent. Total stay was really comfortable.

No tomato sauce for breakfast

got there and our room was already taken, ao they gave us a full apartment suite to make up for it, which it did! Great nice staff and a Wonderful breakfast. very nice setting and view, really enjoyed the bed whichh was very comfortable (I want that mattress!)

Flexible and accommodating service
Pros:

Although I had to check out early and couldn’t have breakfast, the staff kindly prepared it for me the night before. They also accommodated my early check-out before reception opened, which I really appreciated.
