Bom hotel.
Pros:

Boa localização e café da manhã.
Quarto amplo. Vista muito bonita.

Cons:

Alguns itens do quarto não funcionavam : aquecedor de toalha e geladeira.
Fomos recebidos com uma lista de proibições e multas em caso de danificar algo.

Isolation très mauvaise et parquet qui grince à chaque pas
Insécurité : nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience au spa nous nous sommes retrouvé avec un homme seul qui avait décidé de se déshabiller entièrement dès qu’il nous a vu… à noter que le spa est complètement isolé au sous sol de l’hôtel sans réception ni personnel… Les normes de sécurité doivent être sérieusement revues.
Personnel défaillant, présence inexistante.

素敵なホテルです。
Pros:

駅出てすぐ見つけて、しかもCOOPというスーパーに近いです。景色は最高です。
タオルウォーマーは使いやすい、毎日靴下などを洗って朝乾いてます。
歴史があるホテルなので、展示も飾りも素敵です。

Cons:

朝食のメニューが少ない、特に野菜があまりありません。

The location was convenient, as it was near the Interlaken Ost station, making it easy to take the train and explore the area. Additionally, the staff was very kind and quick to respond when asked about the room.

Cons:

It was quite warm when I was there, and I expected air conditioning, but they only had fans. The good thing was that they provided us with an extra fan when we asked.

أسوأ إقامة لي بالعالم

حجزت جناح و غرفتين و دفعت سعر عالي مقابل الجناح بسبب وجود فرن و مطبخ وأواني طبخ كاملة ، وعندما وصلت الفندق و قمت بتسجيل الدخول و دخلت الى الجناح حينها أردت الطبخ ولكن الفرن مقفل ، فقمت بالاتصال الى الاستقبال ولكن رفضوا أن يقوموا بتشغيله وقالوا هذا فندق وليش شقق مفروشة!!! وموظف الاستقبال كان تعامله سيء جداً و غير لطيف وأيضاً قمت برفع الشكوى لمالك الفندق ولكن قام بالاستهزاء ولم يفعل أي شي ، حقيقة دفعت مبلغ مرتفع جداً ولم أستفيد شيء ، كان التعامل سيء جداً ، وعلماً بأنه لا يوجد به تكييف والجو حار جداً ، ويوجد حشرات في الغرفة
