Cute little cabin but very disappointed in management.
Pros:

The Little Dream cabin is close both to the Matterhorn express gondola and Main Street Zermatt

Cons:

Before we arrived I called the hotel asking how far away the cabin is from the main hotel. I was told a 5 minute walk. It’s actually more like 10+ minutes and would be horrible if it’s snowing. I was also told they could shuttle us to the main lodge if it was snowing but that wasn’t true. We stayed 4 nights and every morning we told the receptionist the extra bed (cot) was missing a slat and there was a large hole in the bed. They did nothing. The fireplace in the cabin worked intermittently and we told them that every morning but again they did nothing. It wasn’t until the owner got back in town, on our last night there, that these things were addressed. No apology. No “we’re sorry”, just “we need you to settle up for drinking the bottle of water that was on the counter in the kitchen”.

Pros:

was on holiday in Zermatt and stayed at this hotel, and it was amazing. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Maria and her father. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in the Deram Chalet, and it was beautiful. The location is perfect, the room service was great, and the breakfast and hospitality were beyond my expectations. Check-in and check-out were very easy. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Amazing place to stay! The property is located in the quiet part of the village but right next to a lift and close to restaurants nearby. The hotel has amazing views!

Pros:

Magnificent view. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room !! We loved everything about the hotel. The family that owns the property is lovely and we would return to stay again and again :)
