Pros:

was on holiday in Zermatt and stayed at this hotel, and it was amazing. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Maria and her father. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in the Deram Chalet, and it was beautiful. The location is perfect, the room service was great, and the breakfast and hospitality were beyond my expectations. Check-in and check-out were very easy. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Amazing place to stay! The property is located in the quiet part of the village but right next to a lift and close to restaurants nearby. The hotel has amazing views!

Pros:

Magnificent view. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room !! We loved everything about the hotel. The family that owns the property is lovely and we would return to stay again and again :)

Pros:

This is one of the best locations when visiting Zermatt and the hotel, the rooms and spa are superior in every way. It doesn't get any better than the view of the Matterhorn, the comfort of the rooms, the infinity hot tub and indoor spa as well as delicious food.
