Important information:

Guests traveling by public transport can reach the property from the main train station by bus (N.2 and N.4) or by using the funicular Lugano Città TPL. In either ways (buses or funicular) you will arrive to Lugano Centro. From Lugano Centro station there is a direct bus (N.12) to Monte Brè that stops at "Aldesago", 656 feet from the hotel.

For guests with heavy luggage or walking difficulties: please continue 164 feet after the hotel by car, then turn left in order to reach the main entrance.

Der Zugang zum Hotel führt über Treppen, mit Koffer und für ältere Menschen etwas anstrengend.

Aussicht ist absolut einmalig. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr gut. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir kommen immer wieder hier her.

Aussicht ist ein Traum. Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke sowie Zahnradbahn. Tolle Mitarbeiter und sehr freundlich. Betten waren gut und bequem. Zimmer auch sehr gross mit ein paar Fenstern.

Cons:

Leider war Zimmer um 15 Uhr nicht parat und ich musste beim warten Cappuccino inkl. Wasser (Fr. 9) noch bezahlen. Der Pool war ohne Wasser. Schade, es wurde uns über booking so nicht kommuniziert. Frühstück eher okay. Für 3 Sterne aber genügend.

The perfect location for a family holiday.

It was the most perfect location with magnificent views of the lake. So tranquil and the rooms were cozy. Breakfast variety was delicious.

Il panorama visibile dalla veranda del ristorante è meraviglioso (alcune camere hanno il balcone con vista); il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile.

Das Hotel ist perfekt für Ferien in Lugano. Es liegt weiter oben am Berg, man kommt einfach mit dem Bus nach oben. Das Zimmer war perfekt. Gross, sauber, eine wunderschöne Seesicht mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist im Familienbesitz und die Einrichtung älter, aber alles top gepflegt und sauber, das macht den Charme des Hotels aus. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gross und es hat eine gute Auswahl. Das Abendessen ist ein Traum. Ein riesiges Kompliment an die Küche. Auch die vegetarischen Gerichte sind sehr kreativ.
