Guests traveling by public transport can reach the property from the main train station by bus (N.2 and N.4) or by using the funicular Lugano Città TPL. In either ways (buses or funicular) you will arrive to Lugano Centro. From Lugano Centro station there is a direct bus (N.12) to Monte Brè that stops at "Aldesago", 656 feet from the hotel.

For guests with heavy luggage or walking difficulties: please continue 164 feet after the hotel by car, then turn left in order to reach the main entrance.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Qualche pecca ma non male nel complesso
Pros:

Cortesia della operatrice che mi ha lasciato tutte le istruzioni per il mio check-in tardivo.
Cortesia della signora alla reception dove ho pagato il soggiorno.
Colazione.

Cons:

Il materasso era scomodo e vista la scarsa presenza di ospiti potevano darmi una camera con la vista anziché rivolta al muro posteriore.

Great stay with a phenomendal view and setting!
Pros:

The hotel management was very friendly and accomodating. Our rooms were all close together as requested with a beautiful view and balcony. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed a very good breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

Une vue à couper le souffle. Extraordinaire. Pour la chambre, c’est un peu vieillot, mais propre. La piscine en contre-bas de l’hôtel mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et un meilleur entretien. Restaurant bon mais cher.

Très bon hôtel pour une étape ou un court séjour
Pros:

Hôtel "à l'ancienne" mais très agréable.
Situé en surplomb donc jolie vue sur le lac.
Arrêt de bus et du funiculaire Monte Bre juste à côté.
Chambre suffisamment spacieuse et fonctionnelle.
Bon petit déjeuner.
La grande piscine est un plus.

Goed ontbijt & zwembad!

Cons:

Stuk meer betaald dan Booking adverteerde. Hier kwamen we pas achter bij de afschrijving van de bank. Erg kleine badkamer en kamer zelf ( ik paste bijna niet op het bed). Ontvangst was ook erg rommelig ivm het ontbreken van de receptie na 21:30, daarna als nog netjes geholpen via de telefoon.

Habe es sehr genossen, habe mich wohlgefühl. Ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Abwechslungsreich, frisch, appetitlich präsentiert.
Hab das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit dieser Aussicht sehr genossen.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas eng, schade hat es eine Badewanne und keine Dusche.

Pros:

Die Aussicht ist bei gutem wie auch beim schlechtem Wetter sensationell.
Praktisch ist auch das Ticino Ticket die man als Hotelgäste bekommt .
Mann braucht kein Auto die Buslinie sind sehr gut Organisiert.
Das Frühstück ist ok nicht zu viel aber auch nicht zu wenig.
Pool war ok ist genau wie auf Fotos. Vorsichtig mit denn Liegenstuhl die klappen zusammen bin selber runtergefallen.
Im gross und ganze die Umgebung ist wunderschön das hotel ist halt nicht das neueste.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant hat mich Persönlich nicht geschmeckt.
Das Zimmer war naja ok, nicht modern aber ausschreichend. Für mich war das Bett ein Alptraum viel zu Tief und unbequem.
