Important information:

Guests traveling by public transport can reach the property from the main train station by bus (N.2 and N.4) or by using the funicular Lugano Città TPL. In either ways (buses or funicular) you will arrive to Lugano Centro. From Lugano Centro station there is a direct bus (N.12) to Monte Brè that stops at "Aldesago", 656 feet from the hotel.

For guests with heavy luggage or walking difficulties: please continue 164 feet after the hotel by car, then turn left in order to reach the main entrance.

Frühstück war sehr gut, mir haben Rührei und Speck mind. am So gefehlt.

Vom Parkplatz bis zur Rezeption mit Gepäck ist aufgrund der vielen Treppen anstrengend.

Die Aussicht war grandios!

Cons:

Das Abendessen ging deutluch zu lang. Musste endlos auf die Pasta warten, obwohl nur 5 andere Gäste da waren. Man hat sich entschuldigt, aber anderen ging es auch so.

Great stay in Lugano
Pros:

The view is amazing, the room is clean, the food is good, the staff is cheerful and nice, the location is close to a bus station and the hotel provided a city pass for public transport. I loved my stay in this hotel, would definitely recommend.
I must point out to how well kept the furniture is, although old, but it was in great shape and quite clean, it reminded me of my childhood home built in the 90s so that was a warm sensation.

Cons:

My only regret is that i didn't book in advance so i couldn't get a room with a view on the lake, but next time will definitely plan that ahead.

Totul vechi in camera, un pat mic pe care nu prea puteai dormi avand un topper peste mai mic decat dimensiunea patului
Prizele foarte vechi unde nu puteai folosi un fier de calcat

Vue exceptionrelle, transports publics gratuits, bus devant la porte, moins de 25 min jusqu'au centre ville. Deux repas excellents. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Essen im Restaurant top! Busanbindung zum Ort sehr gut. Toller Seeblick.

Cons:

Der Lärm der Straße war extrem. Ebenso unangenehm das Zimmer unter dem Restaurant (jedes Stühlerücken war zu hören). Zusätzliche Kaffeekapseln extrem überteuert!

Zweckmässiges 3 Sterne Hotel an überragender Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick und nettem Personal
Pros:

Überragender Ausblick auf Lugano mit dem See und den San Salvatore ( der kleine Zuckerhut der Schweiz) .
Sehr nettes teilweise deutschsprachiges Personal.

Cons:

Leider war unser Bad nicht so Neumodern wie auf den Bildern von Booking.com angezeigt. Da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür…
