Important information:

Guests traveling by public transport can reach the property from the main train station by bus (N.2 and N.4) or by using the funicular Lugano Città TPL. In either ways (buses or funicular) you will arrive to Lugano Centro. From Lugano Centro station there is a direct bus (N.12) to Monte Brè that stops at "Aldesago", 656 feet from the hotel.

For guests with heavy luggage or walking difficulties: please continue 164 feet after the hotel by car, then turn left in order to reach the main entrance.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Wir haben ein Upgrade für ein Balkonzimmer bekommen und der Ausblick, vor allem nachts, war überragend.

Cons:

Das Zustellbett war etwas unbequem. Aber für 1 Nacht okay.

The view from the room over Lugano is stunning. The swimming pool with its cold water is very refreshing. The Funiculare is nearby and a nice way of going to Monte Bre or the centre.

Cons:

Breakfast is very simple. There was not a lot of choice.

Uitzicht is top, accommodatie heeft een goede opknapbeurt nodig!
Pros:

Het uitzicht op de stad Lugano! Dit is echt top als je een kamer hebt met zicht op het meer. Ontbijt is prima.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Upgrade vom Hotel.
Somit hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon.
Die Aussicht war traumhaft.

Cons:

Hätten wir nur das normale Zimmer genommen, wäre unser Blick auf eine Hauswand gewesen.
(war leider nicht so beschrieben)
Kellnerin spricht beim Frühstück mit Gästen auf polnisch laut durch den ganzen Frühstücksraum.

J'ai pas du tout aimé que il nous donne un lit jumeaux. Que on était 2. C'était dommage qu'on n'a pas eu un lit double, et que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

Room was very comfortable and views over the lake were stunning. Breakfast also good. Staff were
Lovely. The hotel also has a lovely pool area just across the road. There are quite a few steps ups to the hotel so unsure of how anyone with mobility issues would manage and you’d need to check this before booking but would recommend highly.

Cons:

Smoking permitted on balcony where people were eating!
