Pros:

Das Personal war extrem engagiert und freundlich. Das klimatisierte Zimmer war super schallgedäumt sodass die Geräusche von der vielbefahrenen Straße vor dem Hotel und von der Restaurantterasse darunter überhaupt nicht zu hören war. Der persönliche Service beim Frühstück und das Klo leckere Frühstückbuffet rundeten den sehr guten Eindruck ab.

Proche de Lugano, spacieux, excellent miveau pour le prix
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse avec salon separé, salle de bain avec douche et lits jumeaux que j’avais demandé.
Tout était très propre, petit déjeuner copieux avec un super choix de nourriture. Personnel très agréable. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Pros:

Piacevolmente colpito dall'accoglienza, cortesia e disponibilità del personale. La camera era grande, essenziale nell'arredo ma in ordine e pulita. La colazione è stata la versa sorpresa in quanto abbiamo trovato il tavolo apparecchiato con una quantità e varietà di cibo e vivande notevole. Grazie, esperienza positiva!
