A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Em um dos dias nao foi colocaso papel higienico e nem o lixo fo iretirado.

Great accessibility to stations and tram stops, nice breakfast, unlimited water and coffee provided, free use of microwave, I can't tell how much reasonable it is to stay here.

Cons:

Size of the room and no air conditioner. But considering the hotel is located really close to the Zurich HB, I could stand the small size of the room. On the other hand, I heard from a staff that they don't have air conditioning system, so I'm not sure about staying at this hotel in Summer.

Great location near bus station and many restaurants, bars, gelato, stores to buy drinks, clothing shops. It’s all within easy walking. Free Breakfast with specialty coffee machine. Coffee machine with hot water for tea and water bottle fill up right in lobby. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo , de la estación del centro , de todo . El personal de recepción es muy amable . Me encantó que abajo tengan una cafetera , agua , microondas, heladera para utilizar. Está a dos cuadras del supermercado Coop que podes comprar y la calentas en el hotel. La habitación cómoda y amplia. El desayuno de muy buena calidad todos los productos . Nos encantó !

ficamos no 7 andar. Vista bem bonita da cidade. Quarto com bom tamanho. Casal com 2 crianças. As crianças dormiram no sofa cama.
A cama era boa e os travesseiros também
Café da manha muito bom.
boa localização. Muitos restaurantes ao redor.
A noite tem um pouco de barulho mas tem tampão de ouvido no quarto. O barulho nao nos atrapalhou.

Cons:

o chão do quarto estava um pouco sujo.
