Agréable séjour à Hergiswil
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier de l'appartement au lieu de la chambre sans supplément. C'était beaucoup plus agréable avec nos enfants. Tout était très propre. Le restaurant sert de bons plats. La vue sur le lac était splendide. La localisation était parfaite pour rayonner dans les alentours.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très fourni et quand il n'y a plus, ils ne remettent pas. Arriver à 9h est une très mauvaise idée si vous souhaitez avoir à manger.

Clean comfortable quiet and great views
Pros:

Nice restaurant clean and comfy excellent view

Cons:

Out of the way not many facilities close by, no option of small bites just main meals /dinners .
Coffee machine didn’t work to have coffee in room which was in the corridor . Would have been nice to have coffee/tea in room

Suber sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel. Personal grösstenteil recht freundlich aber chefin unfreundlich

Cons:

Wurden beschuldigt Rechnung nicht gezahlt zu haben aber als Sie dan doch festgestellt haben dass das geld schon längst überwiesen ist kam nichts mehr.....

Absolut empfehlenswert. Gastronomie ist herausragend!
Pros:

Es war alles in bester Ordnung. Was uns auch nachhaltig beeindruckt hat, war das superfreundliche Personal und die mit einem gesunden Humor ausgestattete tolle Chefin. Das Essen war überragend. Uns hatten es die Steinpilzravioli mit Trüffelcreme angetan.

Gros point noir La chambre n' était pas prévue pour 3 personnes Alors que nous avions payer pour 3 personnes
