Peu d’explications sur le fonctionnement par exemple je suis rentré dans la nuit et j’ai téléphoner à l’assistance… car je n’avais eu aucune information

Pros:

La serviabilité du personnel… et sa sympathie!!!

Cons:

L’absence de climatisation en ce week-end exceptionnellement chaud…
Mais bon, c’était malgré tout, très supportable.
Et écologie oblige…

The bathroom met the expectations, the bed was OK, the location is excellent

Cons:

The breakfast is very basic, the only egg is a hard boiled one, bread options are limited, etc... The room is also very basic, will be difficult if you stay several days. It's also a pity not to have airco, but this was correctly mentioned on the website

Perfectly fine hotel and great location. Mornings are rough.
Pros:

Great location and nice view if you have a lake room.

Cons:

The cleaning staff starts vacuuming the hallways at 8am. Add the noise from them banging around equipment and talking and it’s impossible to have any peace. As the noise travels through the doors completely, if you are up late, like to sleep in, or just want a quiet morning, it is not possible at this hotel.

L'emplacement sur le port loin de ka circulation

Cons:

Le fait qu'un hôtel 3 étoiles n'ait pas la climatisation
Dormir avec le raffut d'un ventilateur, c'est pas ce qui a de mieux
Le fait d'avoir la vue sur les toits, moyen. On aurait préféré avoir vue sur le lac

Pros:

On pouvait voir le lac Léman de notre chambre.

Cons:

Il y avait une canicule à Lausanne, la chambre était trop chaude. Il n'était pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car le boulevard était bruyant dans la soirée. La climatisation manque dans cet hôtel.
