Loved our room with the view
Pros:

The location was fantastic, right across from the lake. Views from our room well worth the slight upgrade as well. Breakfast not included, they may want to rethink that. Great staff. Comfortable room.

Pleasant stay for a rainy visit to Lausanne
Pros:

Welcoming, helpful staff. Great location. Simple but comfortable.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a mini- fridge. However, the front desk helpfully had the restaurant boil the eggs we had mistakenly bought.

Pros:

Excellent location, good room and bed, beautiful lake side with walks, restaurants, coffee shops, restaurant staff, early check in

Cons:

Too expensive, parking is not so close, decent and polite staff but not particularly warm and friendly

Pros:

La struttura è molto pulita e posta in un punto molto comodo di fronte al lago e accanto alla fermata della metro per raggiungere la stazione e il centro città.

Cons:

La struttura ha un arredamento un po’ datato, magari sarebbe carino riammodernare qualcosa.
In certi momenti il personale non è stato il massimo della gentilezza e spesso in reception non è presente nessuno.
