Trop cher pour un service médiocre
Pros:

Son isolement, sa tranquillité.

Cons:

sommes arrivés en voiture. Nous avons dû payer des frais supplémentaires pour qu’ils viennent nous chercher en bateau. Sinon il faut marcher 15 min sur un chemin non praticable avec des valises.
C’est une honte pour ce prix.
Je ne conseillerais jamais cet hôtel à qui que ce soit

Pros:

The food was ok but we didn't like the pressure to pre order.
The mango trip was excellent.

Cons:

We hated the 77 steps up to our room and then the limited view.
The jungle bird walk was very disappointing. A very average guide and too many people.

Nieafektywna jakość do ceny.
Pros:

Lokalizacja, walory przyrodnicze, fantastyczny personel męski z ogromną wiedzą przyrodniczą i zaangażowaniem.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji, praktyczny brak możliwości korzystania z WiFi w pokoju, brak ciepłej wody w dniu przyjazdu (naprawione po interwencji), podejście niektórych osób z personelu do gości (dwie kobiety).

Pros:

The location is amazing and the staff were really friendly. There were all-inclusive options or it is close enough to walk to the nearest town Bahía Drake to eat out in the evening. Food at the hotel was great and the dining area was a great place to meet with other guests.

Cons:

If you are ‘normally fit’ it’s not a problem but there are a lot of steps to get to some of the bedrooms. Once there the views are incredible.

If you want a little bit of pampering close to wilderness, this is your place.
Pros:

The team made sure our needs were met and coordinated with our tour operators even though we booked with a third party. The food was the best we had during our 10 days in Costa Rica.

Cons:

It's a little annoying to have to walk through water to get from the Agujitas beach to Aguila's boat. I hope they can build at least one public dock in Drake Bay in the next few years.

An absolute delight
Pros:

It was impeccably clean, the views were amazing, the food was excellent and the staff were very attentive. The tours were great and we were able to see a lot of wildlife.

Cons:

Just be aware there are quite a lot of steps to the bedrooms.

Wonderful ecolodge in with excellent service, delicious dining, and unbeatable access to nature.
Pros:

Exceptional service all around, very good on-site dining (plenty of options for breakfast, meat and vegetarian options for lunch and dinner).

Perfect hotel
Pros:

We loved everything. We had an amazing stay. The staff is very professional and nice. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is really nice. The location is perfect, close to the beaches and trails. Food is excellent. We wish we could stay longer.

the lodge is wonderful and staff welcoming. they even got us a shuttle when ours forgot us.
Pros:

we liked everything

Cons:

the only thing we found to be adjusted was the meal service had to be ordered each day. meals were at set times. we do intermittent fasting and eat our big meal mid day which wasn't possible at the hotel. we didn;t mind eating at other places but occasionally it was raining hard and we had to walk a distance.

Pros:

In this day and age where it is difficult to find customer service, this lodge defines that. The staff is warm, friendly, and helpful in everyway. The attention to detail is incredible. From the moment you arrive and shuttle by van to the town, to the 15 min boat ride to get there, to the welcoming hand towels and drinks to the end of you stay, the staff amazing. There is a chef that prepares great food and has choices for all. Upon our departure, it was raining so at the dock, they had ponchos ready for us to wear. They also had water to wash our feet and towels to dry them.
The tours were done in the mornings which was nice. Our room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

The 1 and only thing for us was the rooms don't have air conditioning. But they put in an extra fan in our room that was very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend the lodge, just be aware of this.

Un paradis sur terre.
Pros:

Si j’avais pu mettre 6/5 à la catégorie “le personnel”, je l’aurais fait. Les employés sont tellement serviables et gentils, ils sont attentionnés et toujours un pas devant nous pour s’assurer de notre bien-être ! Tout le reste était super et la nourriture était excellente.

Pros:

The staff were amazing, incredibly helpful and helped us have a brilliant time. The hotel has its own dock which makes going on tours of the area really easy. Highly recommend getting the transfer boat from Sierpe, very easy and quick.,
