La mejor recepcionista de Costa Rica
Pros:

Los cuartos pequeños, el personal estupendo, el desayuno no era lo que esperaba, pero es otro país, para mí nada es comparable con un desayuno brasilero. No es este hotel, ninguno de los que visitamos tenía buena repostería. Los Argentinos no estamos acostumbrados a este tipo de desayunos. El omelete riquísimo y la mermelada de la casa la mejor que he probado. La recepcionista la mejor de todas

Hospitable and Accommodating
Pros:

I loved the staff, Diego was very was very helpful and attentive, warm, informative and friendly customer service from beginning to end.

Cons:

There is lack of insulation so I had to hear screaming children and running from the upper level, which was a noise disturbance.


Being at the basement lower level of the hotel, only stairs and no elevator, I have a knee injury so this was a bit daunting after walking miles around in the city of Monteverde.

Nice location next to some shopping and traditional family run Soda’s.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was exceptional. Liked the fresh juices and mixed fruits.
