Nos fuimos a las 7 am y no comenzaba el desayuno . Nos fuimos sin desayunar . Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación y personal cordial

Viaje de estudios a VALPARAISO
Pros:

La ubicación es muy central, frente al Congreso, a poco más de una cuadra del Terminal de Buses y aproximadamente 10-12 minutos caminando de las Estaciones Baron y Francia de METRO VALPARAISO.

Cons:

Al llegar la recepcionista no fue del todo amable, me pregunta cuándo hice la reserva y yo no lo recordaba a lo que responde - "le pregunto porque aquí no la tengo" en un tono displicente. El control remoto estaba con pilas descargadas, tuve que bajar a que le cambiaran las pilas. Desayuno ok, aceptable pero poco variado y opcionales (no de pago) huevo o palta, nunca ambos. El aire acondicionado daba justo en frente de la cama, entonces o pasaba mucho frio o mucho calor y no pasaba por un tema de regular la salida, simplemente no se podía, la cama dura por lo que no fue del todo reparador el descanso. La relación precio calidad es válida, porque por lo pagado no es válido esperar más comodidades. El precio Booking no fue respetado, era de USD66 y me cobraron USD71,6 ($65.700 al 05/12/2025). La diferencia de precio no es por el IVA porque los USD66 de Booking ya lo incluía. Si bien no es terrible lo vivido, en mi experiencia es un Hotel que "no está mal por lo pagado", pero que no volvería a ir.
