Lo que me gustó es que tienes pase gratis al volcano lodge termas,que es por lo que lo elegi.El.personal amable y la ubicación.Por mucho menos precio tienes opciones mucho más baratas y mejores en la Fortuna.

La ubicación y el trato del personal. El desayuno era correcto.

Cons:

Las camas no son muy cómodas y se oye mucho el exterior. Llegaron los de la habitación de al lado a las 11 de la mañana y tuvimos que salir a pedirles por favor que bajarán el volumen de la voz.
Se oyen los coches de la calle.

Need to be careful with peoples car

Well the guys that work at the restaurant we’re moving plastic boxes with food for the restaurant out of their truck and they hit my car.. I spoke with the guy at the front desk and he didn’t help at all

Buena relación precio calidad (para ser Costa Rica que es un país caro)

El personal muy amable. Buen desayuno. Que tengan la opción del hotel hermano con las aguas termales es un buen plus.

Cons:

Pueden mejorar las instalaciones de los baños y los productos que dejan.
Tener que llevar toallas de San Bosco Inn a las instalaciones del hotel hermano.

Good location and great access to the hot springs
Pros:

We had a good stay overall. The location was very central and convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops.

The room was simple but spacious, clean, and comfortable enough for resting after a day of exploring. The breakfast was also quite simple, but adequate to start the day.

The highlight of the stay was definitely having access to the hot springs at Volcano Lodge. This made the experience much more special and relaxing. The hot springs were only about 5–10 minutes away by Uber, which made visiting them very easy and convenient.

Overall, a good option if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a great location with the bonus of enjoying the thermal pools.
