La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la plaza, del casino y del rio. Las habitaciones son muy lindas, muy acojedoras y tienen aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos la cama tenía algunos pelos, las sabanas tenían algunas manchas y la aislación interna no es muy buena.

Espectacular. Todo fue increible, las piezas cómodas y con una rica calefacción. La atención de Claudia fue excelente, quien estuvo atenta a lo que necesitaramos. El desayuno muy rico y la ubicación era la mejor. Un hotel pequeño, pero quebte hace sentir como en casa. De todas maneras volvería.

Casona-hotel cercano al centro de Valdivia

Nos gustó la amabilidad de las señoras que estaban a cargo del desayuno y del aseo, fueron cordiales y atentas.

Cons:

Al ingreso no hay baranda para sujetarse y subir los escalones (mi madre de tercera edad debía afirmarse en mí) y en el piso de la ducha no tienen goma antideslizante por lo que mi madre no pudo usarla, y yo debí estar constantemente afirmada a una barandita. Lo anterior demuestra que no están preparados para recibir personas con capacidad disminuida.
En cuanto al desayuno, no era variado, ni los productos comprados eran de calidad, como el trocito de pie de limón que sirvieron los 4 días.

Caro para lo que es, tanto en infraestructura como en servicio.

La limpieza y ubicación.

Cons:

No tiene estacionamiento, el precio demasiado caro y el desayuno se sirve en unas mesas pequeñas y te llevan todo lo que ofrecen de una sola vez, y casi que no te puedes mover para comer. Se recomienda instalar un sistema de bufet o a medida que vayas avanzando en el desayuno te traigan las cosas. Ej. el jugo y la fruta, luego el pan y sus acompañamientos junto al café, luego el yogur.
