Caro para lo que es, tanto en infraestructura como en servicio.
Pros:

La limpieza y ubicación.

Cons:

No tiene estacionamiento, el precio demasiado caro y el desayuno se sirve en unas mesas pequeñas y te llevan todo lo que ofrecen de una sola vez, y casi que no te puedes mover para comer. Se recomienda instalar un sistema de bufet o a medida que vayas avanzando en el desayuno te traigan las cosas. Ej. el jugo y la fruta, luego el pan y sus acompañamientos junto al café, luego el yogur.

Lindo hotel, muy bien ambientado, cómodo, la habitación muy limpia,mychas almohadas y lo mejor de todo el aire acondicionado porque nos tocaron días muy calurosos en Valdivia.
Las dos señoras encargadas del desayuno son un 7,muy amables y atentas. El desayuno rico y abundante, no es buffet, te llevan todo a la mesa: palta jamón, queso, un trocito de pastel, pan, jugo, Yoghurt...Me hospedé con con mi hijo y todos los días le hicieron chocolate caliente al desayuno.
La ducha también es muy rica, el agua sale a buena presión y no cuesta ajustarla a la temperatura que uno quiere. Volvería a quedarme acá.
Además muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la costanera y el centro. Hasta fuimos caminando a Isla Teja

Cons:

El piso del hotel cruje, el personal y la administracion estan mas preocupados de sacarte plata que ofrecer un buen servicio recurriendo a tacticas que aunque legalmente y por reglamento parezca inofensivas son utilizadas de mala fe.

Un viaje nostálgico a la Valdivia universitaria de los años 60 -70.
