The man at the reception was nice and welcoming. They have a big iguana on their property.

Cons:

The Hotel is vlose to a beach where people heavily partying. During day and night, you vould here the music and the feel the bass. It was like having a room next to a club (despite using ear plugs). The outlets were loose, and ants were in the room at the head end of the bed. Ungortunately, not all devices in the common kitchen worked well.
