Pros:

El hotel es hermoso muy cómodo pero es inconcebible que no tengan desayuno ni servicio a la habitación y el frigobar vacío. (Hay que salir a comprar para comer y tomar) Y al querer hacer check out solo habia una persona, la de aseo. Eso fue lento... el lugar es casi perfecto.

La excelente ubicación, comodidad de las camas, la atención del personal, amable y cordial.

Cons:

Uno de los baños de mi habitación estaba con claros problemas de grifos y filtración de aguas. En los baños comunes de la piscina los lavamanos estaban tapados. Y a pesar de ser knformado. No fue resuelto durante nuestra estadía, solo nos facilitaron un poco para secar nosotros la filtración. No hubo tampoco una reposición de dicha situación.

NO RECOMIENDO!
Pros:

Un lugar para NO VOLVER NUNCA MÁS. Lo único bueno es la vista del balcón.

Nada fue tal cual lo esperado, al llegar la habitación no era la misma que muestra Booking y no se hacían cargo, quisimos irnos a otro hotel pero nos dijeron que nos iban a cobrar igual toda la estadía y que ya tenian los datos de la tarjeta cargados, después de un muy mal momento nos ofrecieron otra habitación (que 2 horas antes se suponía que no había libres) y trataron de cobrarnos una diferencia que no correspondía. El check-in lo pudimos hacer después de las 18, antes de eso estábamos varados sin tener dónde estar. Realmente un desastre, muy mala experiencia, para lo que sale esperabamos algo mucho mejor. Mi recomendación es NO IR.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro de Pucón y del hotel se entra directo a la playa del lago. Los dormitorios y baños eran cómodos y limpios. La piscina temperada estaba a una temperatura perfecta. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Falta el desayuno, aunque hay algunos implementos para preparar (frigobar, hervidor, microondas y cubiertos/tazas), no hay con que lavar ni secar la loza, no hay cafetera. No hay teléfono en la habitación para comunicarse con la recepción. Para asegurar que la habitación tenga vista al lago es mejor hacer la reserva directa con el hotel.
