The rustic style
This is probably one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. If I could give a rating higher than 10, I would definitely do so. The room was lovely, but the outdoor space of this property made us never want to leave. It was absolutely gorgeous. We travel a lot and this place is such a gem, we were lucky to find it. Breakfast was the best we've had in a long time with fresh eggs, juices, berries. Rooms were properly cleaned and aired every day. Staff was always kind and attentive. I could no recommend the place more. If we ever are in La Serena again, we will definitely stay here! This place will definitely stay in our memory!

The bathroom was super tiny. It was cold and they were not allowed to turn on the heater in the room. When asked about starting a fire in the fire pit the answer was no. The sauna and hot tub were not available.
The location was perfect in the heart of the town. There was a delicious restaurant across the street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And property was beautiful, you really felt like you were out of the city. The breakfast was delicious.
Nothing, I thought it was beautiful. Yes the rooms are smaller but they are updated while keeping their charm. And there is enough outdoor space and seating in various areas of the garden that encourages you to sit outside.

Eine wunderbare Heizdecke in jedem Bett!
Die Luftfeuchtigkeit in La Serena im Spätsommer Betrug 100%, so dass Badewäsche und Handtücher gar nicht trockneten und das Zimmer in der Nacht sehr kühl war. Dafür gibt es aber die o.g. Heizdecke. Ein zusätzliches trockenes Handtuch am Morgen wäre schön gewesen.

El pan del wesatuno buffet. Estaba añejo. Estaba recalentado porque era del.dia anterior. Es decir no esta fresco no era del.dia

Y lo mejor es que cuidan una gatita ya llego a la hostal.
La atención de algunas chicas del personal fue muy buena, de otros no.
En resumen: poca resolución de problemas por parte del personal.
El baño de la habitación 8 demasiado tapado no se iba el agua, al intentar destaparlo no se pudo, estuve mucho rato intentando destaparlo y no bajaba el agua!! Horrible !! y nos cambiaron a la habitación 9 en donde el suelo del baño estaba inundado al llegar a la habitación y salía por cañería de la ducha el agua del baño de la habitación 8 y no supimos hasta el día siguiente y nos bañamos ahí :( con agua del baño de la habitación 8 en el suelo…
Gracias a los problemas en los baños que tuvimos al llegar se me olvidó preguntar si nos podían preparar algo de desayuno porque teníamos tour al día sgte a las 6:15 am.
Por consiguiente la atención de un chico de turno de tarde/noche que no fue capaz de ayudarnos con algo para el desayuno del día siguiente que teníamos tour y por su poca voluntad tuve que gastar de más para comprar algo de comer para el desayuno tarde en un bar, pudiendo habernos ayudado con algún te, frutos secos etc, lo que se podría haber hecho por lo que me explicaron al día siguiente y como compensación me dieron un jugo de papaya a mi y mi pareja, pero claramente eso no compensaba las 30 mil que gasté para poder tener algo de desayuno para el tour y los malos ratos que pase con mi pareja desde que llegamos a la hostal. Dudo si me volvería a quedar en esta hostal…

Nach meinem Empfinden eines der besten Hotels, weltweit. Es bietet einen wunderschönen Garten, den man so nicht erwartet, so dass man sich jederzeit gemütlich in den Garten zurückziehen kann. Super Service
