Precios de hotel boutique, trato de hostal barato
Pros:

Lo mejor del lugar son unos patios interiores muy bellamente decorados y unas camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

Lo peor fueron las incomodidades. Veníamos con auto. Supuestamente tienen un “convenio” con un aparcamiento comercial que parecía ser parte de un restaurante al frente. No sé de qué convenio se trataba cuando pagábamos el mismo precio que cualquier otra persona. Además, había alguna historia porque al parecer resulta que lo teníamos que sacar de allí a las 11 antes de que llegara la dueña. La impaciencia de una de las recepcionistas del hotel para que sacáramos el coche de allí era palpable.
Algo bastante notable es que…, no había calentador porque según el personal “todavía no era invierno”. La temperatura aquella noche era de 7 C y sí tenían la hoguera en marcha en las zonas comunes. Dijeron que nos darían un calentador eléctrico pero que “no lo tuviéramos encendido todo el tiempo porque se sobrecalentaba”. Para calentar el cuarto nos dieron, literalmente, un calentador minúsculo de esos que se usan para calentar los pies bajo el escritorio (ver foto).
El desayuno era olvidable, nada de lo que se encuentra habitualmente en establecimientos de este tipo.
Con la excepción del muchacho que se ocupaba del turno de noche, la verdad es que no nos sentimos bien atendidos por el personal. Al llegar, con el tema del aparcamiento y el "calentador", nos tuvieron esperando una hora.

EDIT: Gracias por su respuesta. Todo lo que cuenta sobre el parqueadero no quita que aparcar ahí sea un lío. Sobre la calefacción, no tiene comparación, ni por asomo, un calentador de pies de esos que se ponen bajo el escritorio con una estufa de leña. Al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no ponían las estufas en marcha "porque no era invierno", no dijeron nada de mantenimiento ¿Nos mintieron entonces o nos mienten ahora? No insulte mi inteligencia: el servicio fue subestándar y para nada próximo a lo que nos cobraron.

Acogedor, volvería feliz
Pros:

La pieza impecable, buena cama, estufa, 0 ruido a pesar de estar en una ubicación muy céntrica y un personal muy atento. Ricos espacios comunes, preocupación en los detalles, realmente acogedor.
