Lo mejor del lugar son unos patios interiores muy bellamente decorados y unas camas muy cómodas.
Lo peor fueron las incomodidades. Veníamos con auto. Supuestamente tienen un “convenio” con un aparcamiento comercial que parecía ser parte de un restaurante al frente. No sé de qué convenio se trataba cuando pagábamos el mismo precio que cualquier otra persona. Además, había alguna historia porque al parecer resulta que lo teníamos que sacar de allí a las 11 antes de que llegara la dueña. La impaciencia de una de las recepcionistas del hotel para que sacáramos el coche de allí era palpable.
Algo bastante notable es que…, no había calentador porque según el personal “todavía no era invierno”. La temperatura aquella noche era de 7 C y sí tenían la hoguera en marcha en las zonas comunes. Dijeron que nos darían un calentador eléctrico pero que “no lo tuviéramos encendido todo el tiempo porque se sobrecalentaba”. Para calentar el cuarto nos dieron, literalmente, un calentador minúsculo de esos que se usan para calentar los pies bajo el escritorio (ver foto).
El desayuno era olvidable, nada de lo que se encuentra habitualmente en establecimientos de este tipo.
Con la excepción del muchacho que se ocupaba del turno de noche, la verdad es que no nos sentimos bien atendidos por el personal. Al llegar, con el tema del aparcamiento y el "calentador", nos tuvieron esperando una hora.
Fue muy comodo. Muy limpio. Fue muy historica. Me gusto mucho.

The staff were amazing. Beds wonderful and breakfast was excellent
The bathroom was super tiny. It was cold and they were not allowed to turn on the heater in the room. When asked about starting a fire in the fire pit the answer was no. The sauna and hot tub were not available.
This is probably one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. If I could give a rating higher than 10, I would definitely do so. The room was lovely, but the outdoor space of this property made us never want to leave. It was absolutely gorgeous. We travel a lot and this place is such a gem, we were lucky to find it. Breakfast was the best we've had in a long time with fresh eggs, juices, berries. Rooms were properly cleaned and aired every day. Staff was always kind and attentive. I could no recommend the place more. If we ever are in La Serena again, we will definitely stay here! This place will definitely stay in our memory!
The location was perfect in the heart of the town. There was a delicious restaurant across the street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And property was beautiful, you really felt like you were out of the city. The breakfast was delicious.
Nothing, I thought it was beautiful. Yes the rooms are smaller but they are updated while keeping their charm. And there is enough outdoor space and seating in various areas of the garden that encourages you to sit outside.

Eine wunderbare Heizdecke in jedem Bett!
Die Luftfeuchtigkeit in La Serena im Spätsommer Betrug 100%, so dass Badewäsche und Handtücher gar nicht trockneten und das Zimmer in der Nacht sehr kühl war. Dafür gibt es aber die o.g. Heizdecke. Ein zusätzliches trockenes Handtuch am Morgen wäre schön gewesen.
