Muy buena ubicación, personal relativamente amable.

Cons:

No me gustó que se escucha el ruido tanto interior como de la calle.
Problemas de agua caliente, cuesta mucho que salga.
La cama da asco, menos mal llevaba una frazada así que nos tapamos con eso.
No hay estacionamiento básicamente.
No hay buena ventilación, aunque los olores no duran mucho tiempo.
Las toallas que nos entregaron venían con pelos.

el lugar es pequeño, el baño no esta en las mejores condiciones, huele mucho a encierro las camas están sueltas y las habitaciones no tienen ventanas.

Pros:

la ubicación es excelente si quieres ir a la playa, el casino, el centro y calle valparaíso, todo a unos minutos caminando.

Cons:

hay que renovar colchones, ropa de cama, mayor mantención a cada habitación, mejorar las ventanas de la habitación, creo que alguna de ellas no cuentan con ventanas, etc. Mejorar pequeños detalles como jabones y otros servicios.
