Muy recomendado
Pros:

El hotel es super confortable muy cerca de la plaza principal y del embarcadero para el cruce de lagos. Hay muchos lugares cerca donde comer y muy cerca del lago. Las habitaciones muy confortables y el desayuno muy bien.

De tudo! Quarto e banheiro muito limpos! Quarto espaçoso e uma vista muito bonita.

Cons:

Só tinha uma tomada que ficava no banheiro. Poderia ter Netflix, pois os canais da tv, eram todos no idioma local.

A localização é boa, o café da manhã é bom. O atendimento em geral é bom, eles oferecem o passeio para o vulcão na recepção - que foi ótimo.

Cons:

Não tem frigobar no quarto, a TV não é smart. O quarto faz um pouco de barulho devido ao material de construção do hotel, mas isso não incomoda muito.
