Excelente opción en Puerto Varas
Pros:

Es un hotel muy conceptual. Es muy cómodo. Buenas instalaciones

Cons:

Deben mejorar la logística del desayuno. Al ser tipo bufet, las cosas se van acabando y no las suplen lo suficientemente rápido

La atención del dueño. El desayuno, muy bueno y la ubicación. Calefaccionada la habitación.

Quizás les hace falta modernizar un poco el interior de la habitación y el baño. Y que los recepcionistas sean más pro, en cuanto al servicio al cliente. Llegamos al hall para tomar desayuno, estábamos sentados esperando que abrieran el comedor para desayunar...y al rato a la recepcionista, que era extranjera, se le ocurrió decirnos que pasáramos, que " el desayuno ya estaba listo"...si no fuera porque llegaron dos parejas más y pensó que estábamos esperando transporte de tour. Como estaba todo cetrado y no había movimiento alguno...creímos ( no solo nosotros) que estaban preparando el desayuno y que debía aparecer alguien para autorizarnos a pasar al otro salón.
También deberían ser más orientados al turismo: le preguntamos a uno de los recepcionistas dónde almorzar( recomendaciones)... y sabía menos que yo, que soy de Santiago...Al principio, pensamos en alojar allí al regreso( cuando nos atendió el dueño). Pero decidimos reservar en otro hotel.

Algo de calor y falta de enchufes
Pros:

La atención del personal bastante profesional y agradables. El desayuno incluído tipo tenedor libre es increíble, un gran agregado que se agradece un montón.
Está muy céntrico por lo que se puede caminar a todos lados.

Cons:

En ocasiones el hotel estaba muy caluroso, incluyendo las habitaciones, lo que hacía las noches algo pesadas.
Por otro lado, nos tocó una habitación que solo contaba con dos entradas de corriente y que no estaban cerca de las mesas de noche, lo que resultaba en tener que cargar aparatos por separado, no nos significó un problema ya que solo éramos dos, pero para 3 o más personas si es un problema, es importante revisar y mejorar esto.

El desayuno fue muy pero muy malo.. había mucha gente y se acababa todo.. demoraban en reponer y al pedir reponer se molestaban. Pésimo servicio. Además tuvimos problema Con un baño.nunca lo solucionaron tuvimos que verlo nosotros. Mal ahí!!!

Atenção, cuidado etc.

Cons:

Aparência na varanda do hotel tudo muito velho e desprezado ,precisa da um trato e oferecer um certo conforto ao hóspede na chegada.
O café da manhã revisa melhorar não tinha frutas mesas desforradas .
Não e pra ser museu pois o que o cliente procura e um hotel e não um museu.

The location is good, the breakfast is good, & its a really clean place. It also depends on where they allocate you. Not all rooms have a good view. For example, mine wasn't good.
