Muy bien por su precio y excelente comida
Pros:

El desayuno incluido y el almuerzo que venden geniales, probamos varias comidas y todo super rico y barato, lo único es que solo hay 1 muchacha cocinando entonces es tardado pero es entendible

La piscina muy bien y se mantiene tibia
Cerca de la playa
Llegan monos, gatos, aves y hasta un mapache

Cons:

Les falta señalizar los espacios del parqueo porque no tiene orden y es pequeño
Las barandas que tienen los camarotes no son funcionales ya que quedan al mismo nivel que el colchón, estábamos con adultos y tuvimos que bajar los colchones y dormir en el piso por miedo a caerse

Los clientes se ganan o se pierden por pequeños detalles. En mi caso, porq nos retrasamos 10 minutos de la hora de salida, nos cobraron un extra. Siendo q no había nadie esperando la habitación.
Me pareció innecesario, igual lo pagué, pero no vuelvo....

The location was good, just a short walk to the beach. Breakfast and coffee was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Cold A/C and great pool area.

Great location and very good value to access Playa Conchal
Pros:

We loved the included morning breakfast, the swimming pool and the kitty cat Oreo! Only 2 minute drive to town. You can walk it in about 7-8 minutes. Can walk to small Mercado and restaurants Easy to access playa conchal

Cons:

Rooms are very small for 4+ people. Minimal room for your luggage. Doors to rooms are fairly thin. Can easily hear road noise but was minimal noise after 10 pm
