Horrible experience. I arrived at 10 pm so there was no choice or other place
Pros:

There was no restaurant/ bar open on premises. I was told to go across the street.
Not what you represent in the listing. Deceitful, and this is facilitated by Expedia.
TD Canada needs to bar this shithole from their visa

Cons:

The room had a funky odor coming from the bathroom; the beds were hard; issued 1 towel and quarter sized piece of soap. No water, no drinking glass, not even a wash cloth or hot water.
This is a shithole and should not be promoted by Expedia.
Who are the quality control people that verify the authenticity of what you promote? They are corrupt!
The staff could not contact a manager to address my concern.

Limpieza y orden

Cons:

Una persona del personal fue muy poco amable. Me quiso cobrar una persona adicional cuando llegué a recoger unas cosas a la habitación con un amigo y nos limitó el tiempo para ingresar. Además esto de muy mala gana.

good as a rescue hotel but that’s it
Pros:

We got dumped by our airline in Liberia and needed desperately accommodations and this hotel was available- very thankful for that
Beds very ok and rooms clean
Centrally located and a decent coffee shop next door

Cons:

Room was cramped, the AC was rattling and very loud, no hot water in the shower and definitely totally overprized for the quality and no breakfast available or even a coffee offered in the morning

Clean and it worked.
Pros:

Was available in a pinch after canceled United flight after 3 hr delay with plane sitting there (healthy) for 2 hrs.

Very unfriendly and RUDE staff!!

While I have no issue with room, I have a very bad experience with the staff (Hailey from front desk).

Cons:

After a long international travel with family of two kids, at 11PM we reached the hotel shuttle area out side international. When called frontdesk Hailey (frontdesk) told "we dont have shuttle for international terminal" when asked where "she rudely says I dont know where you are you need to go to domestic terminal" and the next next shuttle is every :15 and :45 hours. she was not helpful at all atleast to mention how
we can reach there ( no complaint here as she is not a kind lady), we finally reached the domestic shuttle area and called her. she rudely says we have to wait. we waited for 12:15a shuttle. Nothing showed up. when called " she says she doesnt know what happened to that shuttle and we have to wait for 12:45a shuttle" its so cold and we are coming from a hot place. kids are shivering, we finally waited for 12:45a which arrived at 12:40 and picked us and left at 12:43a.( before the scheduled time of 12:45a). We were so disappointed her rudeness to people. never coming there without checking if she is on duty!!. RUDE Staff i have never seen anywhere!! I travel around alot but not like this in states.
Sorry hate to give a bad review but it needs to be voiced.
