Exceptional
Pros:

These accommodations are under new management and they had just completed renovations to half the cabins when we arrived. Very friendly owners that have a quiet secure location with fresh linens, new hot water service, fully equipped kitchen and great A/C.
Manuel was very helpful and even drove us in to PV one morning.

Cons:

Sadly the pool renovations were not complete when we were there but the beach is just 200m down the street.

Pros:

We booked this last minute. The little kitchen area was nice to have to fix a quick breakfast before heading out. It was a short walk to restaurants and the beach.

Cons:

To get hot water in the shower just turn the faucet a little ; don't turn it all the way. It was not a problem once we learned how to work it.
