Nela was so welcoming, and the breakfasts lived up to their reputation! The rooms were lovely - clean and welcoming, deliciously comfortable beds after a week in a tent and we loved the wood burning stove.

Nela es una anfitriona de excelencia, siempre preocupada de que estemos cómodos, las habitaciones y el desayuno demasiado ricos para poder continuar el viaje.
We stayed at Hotel Ultimo Paraiso on our drive north from Villa O’Higgins. Our charming room was very clean and well equipped. The shower was strong with uninterrupted hot water. The breakfast was by far the best we had anywhere during our 34-day road trip in Chile. Our host Carlos & Nela were incredibly friendly and nice. We had a flat tire the day we arrived and needed to have it repaired. Carlos was so helpful. The next morning, he drove us to the tire repair shop in town and negotiated with the owner a very reasonable price. If you are staying in Cochrane, I give the Hotel Ultimo Paraiso my highest recommendation.
The place was perfect. The owners/hosts, Carlos and Nela were so nice and helpful. They provided all sorts of information about Cochrane and the surrounding area. They have created a wonderful place. The room was cozy, had a great shower, fluffy towels and the property covered in roses. The breakfast was also amazing!
Comfortable, clean, easy walking distance to the town. Fabulous towels!! Owners were incredibly friendly with extremely helpful advice about upcoming travels
