Fabulous! We were lucky to to find it.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Very helpful with washing our clothes, booking tours and showing us where the sloth was. The on-site restaurant was excellent with a good choice of vegetarian dishes.

Cons:

Small niggle that the wifi was not great. But it was a good excuse to get off the screens and make the most of the surrounding nature.

Pros:

The grounds were lovely and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable, there were tiny ants all over the kitchen, and our fridge was leaking. It was more expensive than the other accommodation on our trip and didn't have AC and the pool was super dirty.

An amazing and comfortable stay with great service in a perfect climate.
Pros:

Everything about this stay was excellent. We had a bungalow with all the necessary amenities, and even though there is no air conditioning, it is absolutely not needed here as it cools down nicely in the evenings and mornings. The windows can be opened and have mosquito screens, which makes it very comfortable. The place is kept very clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful with booking activities and answering any questions. Truly a great stay.

Cons:

Honestly nothing, except that we could not stay longer:)

Pros:

Gardens were lovely highlighting the surrounding nature, and the variety of birds is incredible

Cons:

Pool was freezing so couldn't go in for a dip. The walk into town up a long hill may be too hard for some.

Two night stay while visiting Monteverde. Great stay!
Pros:

Casitas are relatively private. Nothing fancy but quite comfortable and accommodating. We had a three bedroom which made the teenage kids very happy and comfortable. They also enjoyed a day by the pool while we were bird nerds at a nearby preserve. Enjoyed walking the trails and checking out the coffee plantation and cocoa processing. Great hosts! Would definitely return.

Pros:

Lage zum Nebelwald war gut, gutes Restaurant fußläufig und weitere in der Stadt.
Großzügige Anlage,leider nicht gepflegt.

Die gesamte Anlage braucht dringend mehr Liebe und Organisation.

Pros:

Et dejligt sted til at nyde den smukke natur og slappe af. Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Dejlig udsigt og skønt med trampolin til børnene.

Nice palatial location away from it all.
Pros:

Location and grounds area surrounding the cabins was very nice. Really felt secluded and was very quiet. Liked that it had a dedicated security gate for privacy. Nice walking trails. The cabin was big enough, with two bathrooms making it convenient for a family.

Cons:

Did not spend much time in the kitchen, but seemed a bit outdated.
