The hotel is very well located, in a calm place, not far from the center of the town, near supermarket. The rooms are cozy, very clean. The breakfast is good, fresh scrambled eggs being prepared just for you by wonderful lady Priscila. But don't search for 5* hotel, there are none in the town at all. The most important thing are the people. The owner of the hotel is senior Marcelo, a very helpfull, interesting, welcoming and friendly person. He made my stay very comfortable in his hotel and we had quite interesting conversations!

Marcel was the most precious host ever! His band of compadres: Patricio, Priscilla, Pablo and Sra. Rosa made sure our stay was not only comfortable but memorable as well. Breakfast was always on point and delicious. Marcel arranged excursions and rides for us, and he was always a text away when needed for suggestions or help 😊
Next time on the island, for sure we'll come back here!

Wonderful stuff. Helpful, friendly, effective. They help with things you expect them to (arrange tours, give advice) and things you are not used to get help from hotel stuff (change flat tire on my rented car).
The location, near the "main street" and short walk to the sea front is also excellent.
The host was always available and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable and so were the sheets. We didn't spend much time in our room, but it is on small side along with the bathroom. We would stay again and highly recommend.

I was charged around 10% more vs price on the booking as personnel calculated wrongly. The host of the place was out of island so they were not able to fix this issue.
The best staff, helpful and friendly they will help you every way they can. Hotel environment was spotless and so we're the rooms. Comfy beds. Hot water shower which is a luxury there. Location very close to center and there is a supermarket across the street which is open until late.

Very personal hotel with service by Marcelo and Sicky! They are wonderfully warm and amiable people who take care of your every need. I loved the stay and they made my experience on Easter Island incredibly memorable.
Sometimes the wifi is slow or goes out when it rains, but this is normal for Easter Island.
